As the best assassin in the Embassy yearning for another job to do, Lee Nari's newest mission caught her off guard: kill Kim Seokjin.
Killing a wealthy prince of a well known kingdom seemed pretty easy to Lee Nari. But with the prince's protector, J...

NARI SIGHED, feeling the hardness of the jail cell bed as she sat on it. Her back leaned against the cold wall as her knees sat close to her chest. She was feeling anxious, scared and utterly disappointed in herself. She was in jail, the one place she didn't want to end up in, how could she not feel these things?
She sat alone in her jail cell, the metal bars giving her perfect view of the long hallway of cells. She didn't even know where Jungkook was right now. She hoped he was okay. Being away from him for the first time in a while didn't sit right with her, and something in her couldn't wait until she saw him again.
The longer she spent with Jungkook, the more she felt at ease. She didn't begin to understand that feeling until she was finally away from him. To her, he was like... he was like...
A sudden noise at the end of the hallway breaks Nari out of her thoughts. She freezes in her spot, raising her head to look outside of the metal bars. There was no one around, not a single soul in any of these cells, for there was simply no arrests in this non-populated area.
As she felt alone, cold and scared in a jail cell at the lower level of the police precinct, Jungkook was upstairs, sitting in a comfortable chair. He sat in front of an officers desk, handcuffs in tact.
"We're legally allowed to issue you one phone call." The officer sitting in front of him explains. He types something on his computer, something Jungkook couldn't see.
The protector sits up in his chair, eager as the words left his lips. "Where's Nari?" He asks, worried for the girl. They hadn't seen each other in maybe an hour, it scared him.
The officer peers his eyes off of his computer screen before looking Jungkook up and down. The boy was clearly angry, clearly frustrated and clearly worried. "Do you want your phone call, or not?" Is all he says, completely ignoring Jungkook's pleads for wanting to know about Nari's whereabouts.
He quietly groans, nodding his head at the question. "Yes, I'd like a phone call." Jungkook knew exactly who to call, the idea was a no-brainer.
The officer turns the phone on his desk around, motioning for Jungkook to use it. With his handcuffs still on, Jungkook calmly punches in the phone number into the phone. The cord on the phone stretches as Jungkook holds the phone up to his ear.
He bites his lip in anticipation, scared at the yelling he was about to receive, but thankful that he had someone to call.
The person on the other line picks up quickly after a couple of rings, saying a simple hello. Jungkook sighs, shutting his eyes as he took a deep breath. "Hey, Namjoon...."
Nari on the other hand, didn't have a single person to call. Perhaps if she wasn't here with Jungkook, she'd quickly make a phone call to the Embassy so they could easily bail her out. But because she couldn't, she promptly denied the phone call that was offered to her on her car ride here. So there she was, waiting for Jungkook to show up as she sat in the lonely cell.
