Killing a wealthy prince of a well known kingdom seemed pretty easy to Lee Nari. But with the prince's protector, J...

NAMJOON'S FACE twists in confusion as the girl swiftly pushes past him. "Yoongi?" He muttered, muddled. He turns around to see Nari's wide eyes at the boy sitting inside of Namjoon's car. "Oh, Yoongi." He repeats, now understanding what she was talking about.
"Yeah, Yoongi!" Namjoon says again. "I forgot to mention, I found him! Why do you look like you've met him already?"
There Yoongi was, head hung low as he stared at his lap, his arms handcuffed behind his back. He sat in the back seat of Namjoon's car, looking completely worn out.
"He..." Nari said in a quiet voice. "He helped us." She replied, tapping on the car window. Yoongi looks up, eyes widening. When the two make eye contact, Nari turns back around to Namjoon. "Why is he handcuffed? What did he do?"
Namjoon shrugged. "Not much. I caught him trespassing on the way here." He explained.
Without another thought, Nari was quick to defend him. "Let him go." She asserts, her voice hard. "Un-cuff him."
Namjoon is about to say something when Jungkook interrupts him. "No," He quickly says, stepping closer to the pair. "Don't."
"Why?" Nari complains. Jungkook wasn't so sure he liked Nari defending Yoongi so much. It was obvious there was an unspoken connection between the two, and Jungkook saw that. He hated it.
But he also couldn't just trust Yoongi right away. "Namjoon, he beat and tied us up." Jungkook was quick to inform his friend.
This makes Nari frustratingly angry as she shoves Jungkook's shoulder. "He apologized!" He wasn't telling the full story, and she didn't like that.
Jungkook only looks at her with his eyebrows furrowed and his mouth slightly agape. "Namjoon, please. He's a friend of Seokjin's. He was only helping him. Let him go." Nari repeats, her eyes begging him.
Namjoon eyed the two protectors with hesitant and weird eyes before ultimately sighing. "Fine." He says. "But if anything happens, it's on you, Nari." He adds. She nods her head understandingly.
Namjoon opens the car's back door, telling Yoongi to get out. He slowly obeys, stepping out of the car and into the embrace of the windy weather.
The moment Namjoon unlocks Yoongi's handcuffs, Nari doesn't waste a single moment before she engulfs Yoongi in a heart wrenching hug. His eyes go wide at the girls arms around him and his hands didn't even know where to go as they lingered there.
But the longer Nari hugged him, a sudden feeling of longing to see Yoongi taking over her, Yoongi found himself snaking his hands around her too as he returned the hug.
Jungkook couldn't ignore the feeling in the pit of his stomach at the sight of Nari hugging Yoongi. He clenched his jaw, feeling a tinge of jealously wash over him.
