Killing a wealthy prince of a well known kingdom seemed pretty easy to Lee Nari. But with the prince's protector, J...

NARI SAT at the edge of the large bed, kicking her feet to graze on the cold hardware floor below her as Jungkook slept peacefully on the bed. Her room was dim due to the window blinds being shut in order to shield the couple from the harsh morning sun.
Yes, it was morning now. And Nari couldn't sleep for the life of her. She was a bit tipsy by the time she had gotten to the castle, but her sober feelings quickly made an appearance as she had stayed up all night.
She was tired. She wanted to sleep, but she couldn't for the life of her. How could she when Jungkook said those words to her?
Nari knows the boy was painfully drunk, but the words coming from his lips still did something to her. She didn't want to admit it, but perhaps she was a bit scared.
Marriage? She barely knew a thing about love awhile ago. Jungkook is her first boyfriend. The first person she has ever fallen in love with. She didn't know the first thing about marriage.
And somehow, she knew he didn't either. So through all that, why would he still say that?
Nari was the one who said drunken words are sober thoughts, but something in the girl just didn't want to believe Jungkook was serious. It was probably just a phrase to express his affection...
Right?
Jungkook stirs in his sleep, quietly groaning as he awakens from his slumber. Nari whips her head toward him, watching as he yawn. He rubs his eyes, stretching his arms right after.
The moment he stretches his arms, his eyes fall onto the girl sitting at the end of the bed. His eyes were barely open as he peered one eye open, raising an eyebrow. "Morning, baby." He says in his raspy, familiar morning voice as he grins at the sight of his beautiful girlfriend.
Nari's heart pounded as she looked at him with big eyes, an evident blush flushing her face at the nickname. Before he can stare at her red cheeks any longer, she slowly turns around again, quite embarrassed to be blushing. "Morning." She quietly muttered.
Jungkook furrowed his eyebrows at the way she was acting. It was obvious she was on edge, acting distant and quiet. He looks beside him on the bed to notice it was clean. Too clean. "Did you sleep?" He questions, sitting up on the bed and against the headboard.
Nari stayed still for a bit, not answering him right away. She didn't want him to worry about her, but she also didn't want to lie. She didn't like lying. "No." She simply says. She suddenly sighs, looking up at the ceiling, her hair falling backward. "Do you remember anything from yesterday?"
The boy purses his lips, thinking the worst. "Not really." He muttered. "One of the last things I remember was... that tiny argument we had about Jules." He explains. "Which by the way, you're really hot when you get jealous."
