NARI PEERS her eyes open to a bright color. The white of the room stings her eyes as she brings her hand to rub her eyes. Upon bringing her hand up, she notices an IV attached to her forearm.

Nari turns her head to look around the room. She was in the castles infirmary. Tons of white nurse beds lined up in the long, bright room as many windows complimented the walls. The many beds served for cases of many injured guards.

She groans, sitting up in the bed. She doesn't know how she got here, she just knows she has to leave right away. No longer can she stay here now that Namjoon and Jungkook know her secret. She wouldn't even be surprised if Yoongi knew too.

Speaking of Jungkook.... He's gone... Isn't he?

Nari buried her head in her hands, letting out a sigh as tears threatened to spill. Her heart felt heavy at the thought. She quickly wiped her eyes, knowing she had to move quickly. Perhaps she can cry about Jungkook later. She couldn't be here. Not anymore.

She hisses as she rips the IV from her arm before stripping the blanket from her body. Swinging her legs over the bed, she quickly stands to her feet. "Woah." She breaths as she sways a bit. Grabbing onto the side of the bed, she takes in a deep breath in order to regain her balance and her senses.

Her feet move on its own as she begins to walk down the center of the beds in the infirmary.

But Nari stops in her tracks when she sees something that catches her eyes. Not one person was in this infirmary room. No one, but him.

Nari rushes over to his bed. Over his face was an oxygen mask. His shirt was off and Nari could see the bandage on his side. He was breathing. He was alive.

Nari sighed of relief, shutting her eyes as her head hung low. Thank god, he was alive.

Peering her eyes open again, she sits herself down on the edge of his bed. Slowly, she runs her fingers lightly on the bandage over his gunshot wound. "I'm so sorry." She whispers, feeling guilty about everything.

Jungkook would have fine had she not been here. Maybe he was right... Maybe they shouldn't have met. Everything would've been easier had none of this ever happened.

But then again, she can't bring herself to regret any of it. She found something within herself that she never knew she even had. As cliche as it sounded, upon meeting Jungkook, she found true, utter love.

If she never met him, she would've never woken up from her desires within the Embassy. She would have still been that selfish, naive and heartless girl. Jungkook showed her things no one else has ever.

She sighs to herself, glancing down at her hand. The ring Jungkook had given her still remains on her ring finger. She frowned at the sight, her heart aching as the memories of their time at the lake beginning to replay in her head.
