JUNGKOOK LEANS his head against the car window, staring outside at the gloomy clouds. "Where are we going again?" He sighed, slouching in his seat.
From the passenger seat of the car, Yoongi is quick to shush him. "Shut up, you're sad." He teases, typing something into his phone.
Jungkook only rolls his eyes from the back seat, crossing his arms. Namjoon cleared his throat. "We just have to make a quick stop before we continue our Embassy mission." He muttered, keeping his eyes on the road as he drove the car.
"This is literally the opposite direction of the airport. What's so important that we need to drive all the way outside of Aloral?" Jungkook huffed, throwing his head back onto the seat.
Yoongi smirks to himself, shaking his head. "You'll see." He says, never once peering his eyes from his phone.
Yoongi had finally found Nari after a couple more weeks of trying. It was easy, she had just opened a bank account recently. Money was being cashed into her account through a diner called Bomi's Diner.
It was outside of Aloral, far from them. Yoongi could only guess that Nari had been working at the diner for money.
She didn't know anything of the real world. She's grown up sheltered inside of the Embassy her entire life. Now that she'd run away, she had to start new all at the age of twenty three.
Namjoon pulls up to a diner in the middle of a town. Jungkook eyes it weirdly as Namjoon goes to park. He nervously sighs, turning to look at the two boys. "Okay... Wait here, I'll be right back." Namjoon says.
He opens the door, closing it behind him and walking toward the entrance of the diner.
He takes in a deep breath before he pushes the door open, a bell ringing at the top catching his attention. Inside, there were few customers and he could notice the cooks in the back.
The waitresses were wearing a black apron around their waists, and all of them had their hair tied up.
He looked around for any sign of Nari, but couldn't find her as he stood at the entrance of the building. "Sorry to keep you waiting, what can I get f—"
Namjoon turns around to see a familiar someone approaching from the back. She held a pen and pad in her hand. Her hair was tied up and she wore a black long sleeved shirt with her sleeves rolled up. Her hair used to be black but now, it was a light brown.
"Namjoon?" She breathed, completely freezing in her spot. "What're you doing here?" She's quick to ask.
Nari looks around the two, making sure no one was looking at them. She grabs his arm, pulling him closer to her and away from standing in the middle of the diner.
"I..." Namjoon knew all he wanted to say, for he'd been anticipating this day for so long. But the sight of the girl he hadn't seen for months made him freeze.
