As the best assassin in the Embassy yearning for another job to do, Lee Nari's newest mission caught her off guard: kill Kim Seokjin.
Killing a wealthy prince of a well known kingdom seemed pretty easy to Lee Nari. But with the prince's protector, J...

NARI STARED at the girl's face in disbelief as she cried to her. The girl had caught of glimpse of Nari walking the corridors alone and stopped at nothing to stop her so she could rant to her as tears streamed from her face.
It was the same girl from about two days ago; the same one who had confessed to Jungkook but got horribly rejected. Nari didn't even know her name, but the crying girl didn't seem to care as she continued talking to her. With every word that spilled from her mouth, Nari grew more and more uninterested.
There they stood, in the middle of the empty corridor, her booming voice echoing down the long hallway. Nari didn't know what to do, she's never had to consult someone so she just... awkwardly patted her back as she continued to weep.
"I seriously thought he'd accept my offer of being my date to the masquerade ball, but he said he already had one." She bawled. He said he already had one? Hm, interesting.
Truly, Nari had absolutely no clue what to say. She didn't really have time for this anyway. Even though it was currently Jungkook's shift to be with Seokjin right now, Nari had places to be too. The masquerade ball was tonight and she was told to do a sweep of the east wing of the castle. This poor girl was just wasting Nari's time.
"I told you, he was dick." Nari muttered to her. She, once again, would not sugarcoat it.
The girl wiped her tears from her cheeks, suddenly grasping Nari's hand. "Who's his date? You have to know, you're his partner."
Nari quickly shook her head, a confused expression laying on her face. "I really don't know." She replied. Nor did she care. He was supposed to be working tonight anyway. If anything, he probably just said that to get rid of her.
And besides, just because they were partners, doesn't mean they'd automatically know everything about each other. Nari barely knew anything about Jungkook and vice versa.
The girl sighed a defeated sigh. "I'm sorry for bothering you." She tells her, a look of genuine regret on her face. "I've just never had a crush this intense. I didn't know what to do."
Nari quickly shook her head in reassurance. "It's all good." Again, she didn't really know what to do. It's not like she was going to suddenly give her advice. That just so wasn't like her and she definitely wasn't at a place to give advice anyway considering she's never even dated anyone before.
She didn't know the first thing about relationships. Let alone, love. How could she help this girl with a simple crush? She couldn't.
"You probably have work to get to." She sniffled, rubbing the evident tears from her eyes with her dainty fingertips. "I... I'll let you go now. Thanks for listening to me rant." She chuckled through her tears, shaking her head in slight embarrassment.
