AS THE SUN SET, Jungkook takes Nari into town, strolling around like they once did the first day she had become a protector all those months ago.
The town's lamps were on and the night sky was falling upon them. Many Alorians enjoy their night out. From the occasional bar parties, to the gatherings in homes, to the late night dining. Aloral was beautiful, peaceful and all around perfect.
Nari sighed in content, hugging her arms as she walked beside Jungkook. She watched the Alorians live their life, sonder hitting her every being. They pass laughing couples, lone passerby's, and even some families.
Nari wanted to stay here forever...
"Hey, I was wondering..." Nari suddenly says. Jungkook looks over at her, furrowing his eyebrows as he anticipates her words. "Where does Namjoon live?"
Jungkook hummed. "I guess you could say he lives at the castle." The boy shrugged. "He has a house here in town, but he's rarely there. He spends most of his time either working at the precinct or his office at the castle."
"Why does he have an office at the castle anyway?" Nari questioned, tilting her head.
"Namjoon was officially put in charge of the royal families legal stuff." Jungkook explained. "So, he spends a lot of time going through paperwork."
Nari nods understandingly before returning her gaze forward once more. "Why?" Jungkook asks, tilting his head forward to look at the girl. "Are you perhaps wanting to come back to Aloral?" He smirked.
The girl smiles to herself before glancing up at Jungkook. "Maybe." She shrugged, a small smile playing on her lips. Jungkook only warmly smiles, loving the idea of Nari staying in Aloral with him.
Upon hearing something, Nari suddenly gasps, surprising Jungkook. She grabs his arm, pointing at the building in front of her. "Look! Karaoke!" She gushed, looking back at the boy with big eyes.
He stared at her, wide eyed. "Let's go sing!" Nari enthusiastically suggests, pulling Jungkook along as she walked toward the building.
"No, no. I'm not singing." Jungkook persistently disobliged, shaking his head as he tried to release himself from the girls extremely strong grasp.
Nari looks back at him. "Oh come on! You're a great singer." She chuckled, grinning. "I'll sing with you!"
"Nari." He hissed as they reached the front doors, finally escaping Nari's grasp as her hand lingers on the door handles. "If you walk through those doors, I'm literally gonna kill you." Jungkook scolded.
Nari blinked at him with big eyes before smirking and swinging the door open. She turns around without another thought, walking into the building without him.
Jungkook stands outside, huffing as he rubbed his temples. He groaned, frustrated. "I can't believe I'm doing this." He grumbled before opening the door and following her into the building.
