THE BELL hanging at the head of the old, rusty, glass door echoes throughout the small building as Nari goes to open it. The lobby was colorless, a faint light source covering the ceiling. It radiated an aura of eeriness and dull life.

It certainly wasn't the expected five star hotel, but Jungkook suggested the group stay here—a rusty, poor quality motel. After all, this is probably the last place anyone would think when looking for the prince of the neighboring kingdom.

Seokjin didn't seem to care much about the place, as his humbleness really portrayed. Nari guessed it was also because he had a lot on his mind. It was evident in the way he currently carried himself. No longer was he bubbly and full of energy. He was just now, quiet and clearly uneasy.

Nari would be the same had she went through what he did in just a couple of hours. His father was poisoned, he was chased down, and shot at. At this point, Seokjin was just tired and worried.

The woman behind the counter watched as three tired looking travelers came through the door of her motel. She was even surprised to see how elegant they were dressed as if they had just gotten done attending a party, which was the sad truth.

"Hello! What can I do for you tonight?" The receptionist of the motel greets them kindly. As Jungkook talked to the receptionist about rooms for the night, Nari couldn't help but take a glance at Seokjin.

Hesitation cowardly ran through her body only because she was not supposed to be partaking in activity which can pull her closer to her apparent softness. But ultimately, her hand makes it's way to his shoulder as she hoped the simple action would suffice in easing him even the slightest bit.

Seokjin's mind was completely clouded and he didn't know what to feel. How could such a successful prince let something like that happen? And on his birthday too? He couldn't help but feel like this whole thing was his fault; that his father had died because of him. The assassins are out to get him, not his father. But still, the King took the fall and that made Seokjin go insane.

Nari's touch had no affect on him as he didn't even glance her a look with his eyes glued onto the white tiled floor. He was too immersed in his thoughts. His awful, awful thoughts.

She didn't know how to handle things like this. What does she tell someone who's went through something like that?

Jungkook turns around to face Nari and the prince, holding two motel bedroom keys in his hands. He swiftly takes Nari's hand, surprising her, and placing one of the keys on the surface of her palm.

"There's one bed per room at this motel so you get your own room." He simply explains before leading them out the lobby. The bell rings again as they step outside, the chilly air hitting them.

The dim lights situated at every door of each room creating a ghostly ambience. They nearly shuddered at the sight. Jungkook made sure to never let Seokjin out of his sight as they walked to their room, across from the lobby building, their room right next to Nari's.
