" anything else you want Miss Elizabeth?" You question the young girl, who had told you constantly to refer to her as just Elizabeth.

" Uhh no thank you- but you don't need to say Miss" she spoke quietly, you smiled. " But I need to, or else I won't be giving my all most respect" she sighs, shaking her head.

" Did father/daddy(IDK) told you that?" You shook your head having her huff. " you better be lying," you shook your head.

That's when the conservation came to a quick halt due to hearing the midnight bells ring ( do y'all know what I'm talking about?).

" Oh- I should be going! Talk to you later Miss Elizabeth!" You exclaimed, quickly rushing towards the main entrance.

" Hey!-Wait!"

But you didn't stop.

You walked the streets, making your way home. Or should I say the Phantoms home? One of the butlers, Sebastian, took you in a while ago. And by that, I mean right when he started working with Ciel. And every since then you've been living there and working there.

You shivered, rubbing your arms for warmth as you continued your way home, " damm I forgot my coat" you whispered.

Your feet felt sore from walking, you should have waited for a cab, or at least have Miss Elizabeth give you a ride home. But yet, that will still be a very long way to go.

You sighed, moving your gaze to the ground. That was until you heard footsteps behind you, having your eyes widen. The last time you checked you were walking home alone, you quicken your steps. But that only caused the other footsteps to quicken as well.

You held your breath, closing your eyes tightly.

' What should I do!?'

You thought, quickly thinking of three possible ways to get out of this:

1. Run into an alleyway and hiding away from the person chasing you.

2. Run into an alleyway and lose the person who's chasing you, and risk the chance to end at a dead end.

3. Run as fast as you can to home.

You made up your mind, you chose 3.

Quickly you pick up part of your dress to prevent from tripping and start full-on running. There were a few times your ankles twisted, causing you to wince, but you continued running.

The person's footsteps slowly got quieter and quieter, as if the person disappeared. But that didn't stop you from still running, that's until you started to gasp for air, feeling as if you were going to die. Causing you to come to a halt.
