You find out you were pregnant and you tell Izuku, it's also around Christmas time so you decided to surprise him with an early present. You and him then raise the baby together.

I smiled as I put a little bow on the green box- well there was actually two. The first one that he has to open is a baby bottle with the word: " Deku", then the other one he has to open is the pregnancy test I took this morning. I and he had talked about children for a long time, but since it's around Christmas, more Villains are out so he has to stop them ( since he was a pro hero). He is a amazing husband though.

" Y/n, I'm-... Oh! What do you got there?" I hear his voice, I turn around to see Izuku. A smile appears on my face.

" Right on time, I have a few early presents for you. I hope you like it!" I spoke happily with a nervous smile. I handed him the first present he has to open.

" Wait!- I didn't get you an early present!" He shouts out worriedly. I giggled.

" No silly! This gift- well let me say this, it's a present for both of us" I giggled as he looks at the box.

" Okay..." he mumbles, slowly ripping off the wrapping paper then opening the box. He then took out a baby bottle. He looks up at me and thinks for a moment.

" We don't have a- Shh! Open the next one" he smiles then takes the other gift. Slowly he opens it, hesitating to open the box but he opens it anyways. His eyes go wide, but they quickly go soft.
He looks up in my E/c eyes with his green eyes, quickly kissing my lips. He then holds me in his arms as he cries from joy.

" I-I'm going to be a dad?" He mumbles to himself. I giggled and nod my head into his chest.

Time skip-

" Izuku- we need to go to the doctors for the appointmenttttt" I groan as I lay on the king bed, taking up all the room. I turned my head but Izuku wasn't laying there.

" I'm over here honey!" I turn my head to see Izuku all dressed up, ready to go to the doctors with me.

" Here-" he then helps me up from the bed.

" Let's get you change" he giggles to himself as he goes to the closet to pick out an outfit for me since it was hard to walk.

Me and Izuku look at the screen intensely as the doctor put the little thing on my stomach. Me and Izuku holding each other's hands tighter.
And like that, a baby appears on the screen.

" Congratulations! It's a boy" a smile appears on my face, I always wanted a baby boy, I'm fine with a baby girl but I would like to have a baby boy for my first child. I look up at Izuku as he smiles down at me.

" What should he name him?" He thinks for a moment.

" I like Akihiko," he says. I smiled, that's the name I was going to say. To be honest, we already talked about baby's names, and I and he agreed on the name of Akihiko.

" Well, that settles it," I say with a smile.

TiMe SkIp-

" Izuku- wake upppp" I groan. My water broke, this is a good thing I suppose but- I'M IN PAIN!!

I could hear Izuku softly groan as he sits up tiredly.

" What's wrong baby?" He mumbles tiredly rubbing his tired eyes.

" Akihiko is coming" and like that Izuku stops rubbing his eyes, a few seconds he jumps out of the bed. And like that, we were in the hospital, and I was giving BiRth!

I look at Akihiko that was now sleeping in my arms, as Izuku looked down at him with a smile.

" He's so cute..." I mumbled.
" Just like his mommy", I look up at him blushing. He smirks.

" You know it's true!" He whispers shouts. I laugh.
" We're going to be great parents" I sighed out.
