" you smell different"

You paused, looking up from your plate of food and up at Tanjiro who sat before you. His eyes were closed, and it looked like he was concentrated on something. And that was your new smell you were giving off, or I should say aroma.

You raised a brow, " huh?" you felt a bit weirded out, you had to admit that. Like, there was nothing wrong with his strong power of smell. It is used for killing demons, so you don't mind. But when he smelt something off about you- it was kinda embarrassing.

" Do I smell bad?- I'm so sorry" you quickly muttered out, smelling your clothes and under your arms.

" Oh no!- you just smell like my mom!" He quickly reassured, which caused you to come to a sudden stop and look up at him with a confused expression.

' This is starting to get weird...'

" Ummm-... okay?" He nervously smiles.

" You see- you smell like my mom when she was pregnant with my siblings" he rushes out, which causes you to pause.

' there is no way that I'm pregnant... right?'

You looked down at your stomach, giving it a poke.

' is there a baby in there?'

" Uhhh Y/n?" You snapped out of your thoughts and looked up at Tanjiro who looked at you with a concern expression.

" Are you alright?" You nervously smiled with a nod.

" Yeah I just-... need to go somewhere after this"

After you and Tanjiro finished your lunch, you took yourself to the fellow doctor's office. Once you told them what's wrong, that being: " my husband has a really good sense of smell, and told me that I smell like his mom when she was pregnant" they looked at you with a very weird look. But besides that, they had you take a pregnancy test.

Let's just say, you weren't shocked when you found out you were pregnant, since Tanjiro already found out for you.

" I guess your husband is a DIY pregnancy test, ay?" You snapped out of your thoughts to see a nervously laughing nurse, trying to start a conversation with you as they write some Medicines to take if you get sick.

You nervously smile at their attempt of a joke, " yeah... hehehe" you couldn't help but try to laugh with them so it wouldn't feel awkward. As fast as they can, they give the note to you so you could leave.

" Thank you for coming- enjoy"
