Context/warnings: so I haven't finished this ( I'm on ep 8) but it's been a while since I've seen the show. So he may be of character. Also slight spoiler already for people who haven't watched!! ( it's not a big one)

" I think it'll be fine-..."

Your (f/n) tried to comfort you while placing a hand on your shoulder, you didn't look up at them. You only looked at the positive pregnancy test that you took about twenty minutes ago.

You sighed, looking up at them. " Do you have other ones?" They paused, before nodding. " Yup! Here!" They proceeded to whip out a box filled with pregnancy tests out of nowhere.

As you took the box out of their hands, your raised a brow " where did you-..." you lost your words as you looked at the box.

They smiled, " don't ask. Now!!! Go!!!!" They pushed you in the bathroom so you could take another test, or even multiple just in case.

A good 20-30 minutes passed by tell you  came out of the bathroom with a bunch of positive pregnancy tests in the box that your friend previously gave you.

This is when reality hit you: you were truly pregnant, and you were going to become a parent.

Your friends come running towards you with a worried look.

" Are you okay?" They ask, having you nod while keeping your gaze to the ground.

" Do you have a bag?" They quickly nod, turning around " stay right there!" They ran down the hall of their apartment before coming back with a small grocery bag.

" Here!" You grabbed the bag and shoved the pregnancy test inside it with a sigh before looking up at her.

" I think I should be going..." they nodded in understanding, walking you towards the exit door.

...

" Why are you up so late? You turned your head to see Ash walking in from a long day of work.

You shrugged your shoulders, " I just couldn't sleep" you muttered while fiddling with the pregnancy test that was in your pocket, biting your lip out of nervousness.

Ash started to talk, but you just zoned out as your thoughts ran wild.

You didn't know if the news would affect Ash's work or even him as a person. Is he not going to work as much so he could focus on you and the baby? Is he going to keep his same work pace? Or is he going to add more work on his shoulders so he can avoid you and his future child?

" -Y/n, are you listing?" You snapped out of your thoughts, your eyes spotting the familiar legs having you look up to see Ash standing in front of you with a hand on his hip.

" Did someone hurt you?" You shook your head.
" no... I guess I'm tired?" You shrugged your shoulders, looking to the side.
