Chapter 32

Raelynn's pov

Alyssa has just had her gender scan and now I've got the envelope, time to start planning the reveal! "So dad said we can have the reveal party in the back garden and there's plenty of room for people" I say on the phone to Alyssa "have you got a theme planned" she asks me "yes I have the perfect theme and I'm gonna get Seth to help me set up" I say laughing "have you decided who you want there yet?" I ask her "obviously you and randy, Seth and liv, dad, romans parents and Dean" she replies "if Dean comes then Brianna will probably try to go with him" I say rolling my eyes "she's coming no where near my gender reveal party" Alyssa states "I don't care if Deans dating her"

"Seth! Did you order the decorations?" I ask running over to him "yes they're in my car I'm just going to get them now" he says as we walk to his car "these are so cute!" I squeal getting the decorations out of the car with him, we set up the decorations and head inside to see my dad "how's the food coming along daddy?" I say "everything is just about done I just need to get another jar of pickles lyssa ate the last ones" he laughs "I just gotta wait for the cake to be delivered and then me and Seth are gonna set up the games" I grin.

The cake arrives and it's amazing! I set the cake box down on the table and walk outside to help set up the games "so we're gonna have the guess who cards with questions about Alyssa and Roman here" I say "we can set up the baby charades game here" Seth says pointing at the empty table "I've sent the invitations out so people know to wear their guess colour" I yell.

"I can't believe today's the day!" Alyssa yells down the phone happily "we're just about finished and then everyone should be arriving soon" I explain "what do you both think your having?" I ask her "I'm saying boy but Ro is saying girl" she laughs "well in a couple of hours you'll know" I say "I'm gonna finish getting ready I'll see you later" Alyssa says before hanging up.

"Welcome all to Alyssa's and Romans gender reveal party!, I've have loved every minute of planning this for 2 of my best friends and I can't wait for you both to find out" I say to everyone "we do have a few games before the reveal the first is a guess who but on Alyssa and Roman" Seth says handing out the cards "I'm not taking part in this one cause I know Alyssa far too well" I laugh as everyone starts writing down their guesses "so me and Rae will read a question and then Ro and Aly will answer it truthfully" Seth grins "first question is Who asked for a first date?" I read out "I asked her for the first date" Roman says holding his hand up.

"Who will panic/ worry most about the baby?" Seth reads "I think that's definitely going to be me" Alyssa laughs holding her hand up "who will want another baby first?" I read "I'd say it'll be me as I'm not the one going through pregnancy" Roman says laughing.

"So the next game is baby charades, we've wrote down different actions that a baby or parent would do" Seth explains "the girls and one guy will each pick a name out of this box and that's your teammate for the game whoever gets the most guesses right in 60 seconds wins" I say happily "we'll let the baby mama pick first" Seth handing the box over to Alyssa as she pulls out a name "I got Seth!" She grins as Seth walks over to her "Liv your up next" I say as Alyssa passes her the box, she digs in and pulls out a name "roman!" She says as he walks over to her.

"Dad who did you get?" I say "I got Randy" he laughs "my turn" I say pulling out a name "Dean" I say faking a smile "we'll go first" Alyssa grins standing up before grabbing an action attempting to do it "Um pushing a stroller!" Seth yells as they switch "bathing a baby?" She asks "feeding a baby!" She says as they switch again "and time!" "And the winners of baby charades are Roman and Liv!" I say handing them their prize of a baby bottle filled with candy.

"We're gonna do a count of 10 and then Alyssa your gonna throw the football to Ro and then he's gonna do a touchdown with it and that'll reveal if it's pink or blue" I say smiling before handing Alyssa the football "ready 10!, 9!, 8!, 7!, 6!, 5!, 4!, 3!, 2!, 1!" We all yell as Alyssa throws the football to Roman and he makes the touchdown "ITS PINK!" Alyssa yells "we're having a girl!" Roman grins spinning Alyssa around. Me, Seth and Dean walk over to them hugging them "congrats brother!" I say smiling "she's gonna have all three of them wrapped around her little finger" Alyssa laughs wiping away tears "it's happy tears" she smiles "I can't believe we're gonna have a daughter" Roman says still in shock "that poor girl she's never gonna be able to get a boyfriend" I say laughing as the boys shake their head "she's not dating ever" Roman says as Dean and Seth nod agreeing.
