'do we have to go daddd' i said not wanting to leave the place where i grew up ' sorry y/n but i'm taking this job, plus you might make some friends' he said loading the boxes into the car .i have friends' i said crossing my arms. my dad gave me a glare ' the cats don't count, alos go get them there still in the house' he said, i went into the house and picked up the cat carrier they hwere both in and went back to the car, i sat in the back as my dad drove. ' are we nearly ther- ' i got cut off by my dad glaring at me ' do not start that y/n' he said sternly ' okay...'i said sinking into my seat ' i know you dont want to go y/n but i need to take this job it pays more...and you know times have been hard since it happened...' he said without even glancing at me i just turned to look out of the window, my dad stopped the car and got out the car and walked over to the door unlocking it and taking boxes inside most of our stuff was already there, a tall man came out and helped my dad while i stayed in the car. i started zoning out while music played in the car i hummed along, someone knocked on the car window k quickly sat up choking myself on the seatbelt. i quickly took the seat belt off and looked at who it was, god shes beautiful, her blue eyes, her black and green roots i was put in a trance by her beauty, but was knocked out again by her opening the door ' yo you okay?' she asked crouching down to eye level with me. i nodded and she smiled then stood up and held her hand out to help me out of the car,i took her hand and got out of the car ' so uh how old are you?' she asked still holding my hand '18..why' i said looking away 'shiiitt really i though you where like 10 or something' she said laughing 'thats not funny.' i said still holding her hand while she laughed 'uh huh then why dont let go of my hand then ' i quickly let go of her hand and ran into the house. i ran into someone and fell back 'sorry are you okay?' he asked looking at me, he was way taller than me easily around 6 foot i quickly caught my balance and rushed past him upstairs into my bedroom i closed the door and sat on my bed my dad came in with the cats and let them down in my room then walked out

'Y/N HURRY UP WERE GUNNA BE LATE WE HAVE DINNER WITHE THE OCCONELLS TONIGHT' my dad shouted from the bottom of the stairs i quickly threw my silver chains over my black oversized shirt with layed nicely on my black ripped jeans i then laced up my combat boots before throwing my hair into a high pony tail and putting some bulky rings on, i then walked downstairs to my dad put my hands in my pockets and looked at him 'you look nice sweetheart' he said smiling at me, i smiled back at my dad, he put his hands on my shoulders' mama would be proud of you' he said pulling me into a tight hug, i hugged him back before we walked out of the house and over to next doors, dad knocked on the door while i stood next to him, my back straight my hands in my pockets, i had my resting bitch face on, an older woman answered the door and smiled welcoming us in i smiled at her, my dad walked off into the kitchen with her, the tall man from earlier came over to me 'hey im finneas you can call me fin' he said smiling handing me a drink, i smiled and took the drink ' im y/n nice to meet you' i said before taking a drink we talked for a while before a lady came up and kissed him on the cheek 'oh y/n this is claudia' he said smiling 'hi' i said smiling at her, she smiled and hugged me 'your cute' claudia said giggling, i smiled 'oh uh you can go talk to billie if you want shes in the living room' finneas said snaking his arm around claudias waist i smiled and walked over to the living room where i see the girl from earlier, billie. i rubbed the back off my neck 'uh...hey sorry for running off earlier' i said looking down she looked over at me 'nah its cool' she patted the seat next to her twice 'come sit with me mamas' i did i sat next to her and smiled she turned and looked at me 'your cute' she said it so boldly so upfront, my cheeks flushed red she laughed and i turned my head 'shut the hell up billie', billie put her hand on my on my leg 'come on y/n i was just playing' she said still laughing abit i turned my head to look at her poutting, she smiled then my dad came in along with who i assumed where billies mum and dad ' this is my lovely daughter y/n' he said smiling, i looked over and smiled 'hello' the man smiled 'hello im patrick and this is my wife maggie' 'nice to meet you' i replied taking a drink they sat down opposite me and billie while my dad stood in the door way with his drink in hand we talked for a while until dinner was ready

we all finished dinner and me and billie went up into her room while everyone else stayed and talked downstairs. Billie pulled me into her room and sat down on her bed her room glowed a dark red from the LEDs she had sato and body pillows all around her room 'shit your rooms sick as fuck...' i said taking it all in 'thanks' she said giggling 'come sit down with me ' she added. I took my boots off and placed them near the door and walked over to the bed and sat on the edge of it near billie, she put her hands on my shoulders and pulled me back onto the bed so i was laying on my back we both laughed and billie layed next to me. someone knocked on the door we both sat up 'come in' billie said. my dad walked ' i see you made a friend' he says laughing i roll my eyes at him' dad i had friends before' he looked at me 'i told you the cats and grandmas dog doesnt count' he closed the door and billie burst out laughing 'HEY' i shouted hitting her shoulder playfully 'whatttt its funnyyyy' she said laughing falling on her back. i climbed ontop of her and put my hands above her shoulders 'heyyy stop laughinggg' i said poutting. billie opened her eyes and stopped laughing then turned red 'why are you all rredddd' i said inspecting her face. I got off her and layed next to her i opened my mouth to speak and got hit in the face by a pillow 'hey! what the hell! i said laughing. billie quickly sat up looking at me with a serious face 'yo do you fuck with the office?' she said in a monotone voice i burst out laughing while holding onto the pillow nodding 'why the fuck you laughing dude, this is serious shit' billie asked still looking at me 'takis?' she added ' fuck yeah' i shouted sitting up still holding onto the pillow. billie gave me a goofy smile 'sooo you wanna watch the office with me? she asked looking into my eyes 'offcourse dumbass' i said rolling my eyes. we moved to the top of the bed and got comfortable, billie turned the lights to purple and turned on the office. about an hour had passed and i didn't even realise i had cuddled up to billie i yawned and held billie 'you tired?' she asked looking down at me i nodded slowly 'then go to sleep if you want i'll wake you u when you need to go home' she said smiling. i smiled as billie started to play with my hair. she turned the tv down then the lights went off. i felt her pull me close as. i heard incohearant mumbling as i fell aseep.
