Slam!

Baxter had closed the door, only letting Jameson, Andrew, Jules, and Ichishojo out.

"This is the roof," panted Andrew as he held his knees, bending over from the exhaustion of running away from robots.

"Why did you tell us to rush out here?" asked Jameson in confusion, "Our exits are blocked now."

"Not one exit," said Jules, planning out the entire exit route.

The government building is just a few meters across from the radio system. This is because the government has access to a controlled system, where they have priority over other broadcast networks. Nishojo can't use the government controlled network however. As such, she must manually go to the radio tower building to broadcast her own Total Control signal.

"And the fastest way to get to that radio tower isn't the route that Nishojo is plowing through," smiled Jules, pointing to the cable line above them, "It's this cable line that directly connects the radio system from the radio tower to the government building. The cable line is above the traffic rules in Engine City, so we can just go along it in order to get to the radio system!"

"Are you telling us to risk dying by walking over a thin cable line?" asked Andrew hazily.

"Yes," smiled Jules.

"You're insane."

"Aren't we all?"

"If it makes it any better," piped up Ichishojo, "I can carry Arev and Baxter around my arms as I propel them using my pressure. I'll be sure to keep them safe."

"Good thinking!" smiled Jules, holding a thumbs up.

And with that, Ichishojo carried Jameson and Baxter, holding them around her arms. She ran and jumped off of the government building, her legs deploying a metal sheet with tiny thrusters sticking to them. The thrusters then shot out a bunch of air, pushing Ichishojo towards her destination.

"Wow!" exclaimed Jules, "Look at them go! That's gotta be the safest route to do!"

Andrew stared at Ichishojo. Then at Jules. Then back at Ichishojo.

"Hey what gives?" yelled Andrew in frustration, "I'm still on the unsafest route! Why did they leave me behind?"

"Well, they left me behind too.. so don't think you were the one who's just here," commented Jules.

"You're different.." mumbled Andrew, "You don't feel pain like I do.."

"Mentally or physically?"

"Both. I can't believe I had to be the one to risk death."

"I'll give you another option."

"What option?" asked Andrew curiously.

"You can instruct robots to do something, correct?" asked Jules.

"Yeah."

"Then pay up. Everyone knows this. The equivalent exchange of a robot offering their services is a certain currency."

Andrew shuffled his pockets and found a Bit. He took the Bit and placed it inside Jules' keyhole, who had parted her hair to display her nape. When she had exposed her keyhole, Andrew noticed that it was all clunked up and parts were broken. It was a mediocre build at best.

"Arya is a good human to me," smiled Jules, "She tried her best to repair me when I was only a piece of trash in a junkyard. It's why I don't want robots to take over. We're only servants to the ones who made us. It's their choice what we do, and we should do what we're told to. They're the ones who gave us life, and we should be grateful for it."

"What about those who treat robots wrongly, like O'Malley?"

"I can only hope that they can be put to rest once they're disassembled. After all, not every life can be a good one, which not only applies to humans, but robots too."

"Alright.. I understand. Jules.. I've placed the Bit inside you. Please grant me safety as we move towards the radio station."

"You got it!" smiled Jules as she stood up and walked over to the cable line.

She extended her arm over alongside the cable line and grabbed it with her other arm. This formed a little connection, a hoop. Andrew climbed on Jules, making sure to hold on tight. Jules ran off the government building, the connection pulling them towards the cable line as they slid to the radio station.

Andrew yelled as he looked down, the height frightening him as well as the consequences if he were to let go. However, he remained out and gripped into Jules. He needed to save them all, no matter what. He couldn't die here.

Andrew and Jules crashed into the windows, breaking them and falling into the middle of the radio station. There, Ichishojo, Jameson, and Baxter were already waiting for them. However, there was someone else on standby.

It was Nishojo, her hand already up to the mic of the radio station. Beside her was Beep Boop, and surrounding the group were their former allies: Laurence, Dante, and Marie.

The second confrontation had begun.
