Ch 49: You Got It.

Twins are 7 months old

Y/n POV

"Kita look at me. Ready?" I was sitting in the playroom with Shoto, Izuku, and Sero. I had been teaching Kita sign language so he could communicate because his voice hadn't come in yet. The doctor said I shouldn't worry and that it would come in before he was 5 or so, but I wasn't going to wait that long to communicate with my first born son. 

We had taught Nyoko the same things and sometimes I'll catch them plotting with each other about doing things before they ask me. Kita copied what I did with my hands, smiling when I praised him for getting it right.

"Um Sero are you sure you should be doing it that way?" Izuku said nervously. I looked up and Sero was holding KoKo with his tape and lifting her up to the top of an ice slide that Shoto had sometime made. Izuku looked to me to see what I say and I shrugged.

"As long as there's no crying and no injuries, go crazy," I told them. Izuku faced palmed and I turned back to Kita to continue our lesson. When he completed all the signs I had taught him so far I smiled and hugged him, tickling his belly.

"Aww you're such a smart little baby. Yes you are, yes you are~" He was smiling and making the laughing sign. I turned to where the boys and Nyoko were, ready to teach her what I just taught Kitaro. 

"All right KoKo your turn," I said and she giggled as she slid down the slide. Then she stood up on her own and walked over to me. We all stared and then started screaming. The twins looked at us confused and Kitaro stood up too and walked over to his sister. I almost fainted but Shoto caught me. "I—they—they just walked with no help...." I said and Shoto nodded. 

I fumbled for my phone and stood on the other side of the room. I started recording and called to both of them.

"Kita, KoKo, come to mommy," I said beckoning them with my hand. They both smiled and walked over. They stumbled a bit but they made it and hugged my legs. I couldn't stop myself from crying. I sent the video to Katsuki.

💛Wife💛: your babies just started walking (video attached)

💥Husband💥: oh yea they do that

💛Wife💛: wdym

💥Husband💥: Yea I spent all last week practicing with them, they learn quickly like their dad ;)

 "What?!?" I shouted and the guys looked at me. 

"What's wrong?" Sero asked me. I showed them all the phone. They all laughed. Last week we just decided that Katsuki was going to stay at home the whole time with the twins and I guess he took the opportunity to teach them to walk without me knowing.

"Ah!" Nyoko said as she hit my leg. I bent down and picked her up and Shoto grabbed Kita's hand and led him back over to the ice slide so he could play. 

"Sorry baby, you're right it is your turn for attention."

Time skip....

Twins are 9 months old

"This is going to be so fun," Kaminari said. Now that the kids were walking, and I mean walking walking, we decided to take them to the nearby park, and Kaminari and Jiro decided to tag along. It was also good for them to see other kids and people and nature. 

Nyoko raised her arms and smiled in my arms. Nyoko was the one who needed to socialize. Kita is just about comfortable with everyone but KoKo took a minute before she even got used to the aunts and uncles. But she has time so I'm not worried.
