Y/n POV
The whole family was sitting in the living room, doing our thing in the company of each other. Katsuki and I were working, Nyoko was reading, Kitaro was coloring, and Sachiko was playing with her lego duplo set. All by herself since she was a year and a half now.
"Mommy look," Sachiko said while pointing to a tower she had made. I looked up from my computer and smiled at her.
"That's amazing baby, but put some blocks on the side so it doesn't fall over," I constructively criticized. She nodded, determination blooming on her face, and got to work. Even though no one was talking, we all loved doing our things in the presence of our family. It was comforting.
After about an hour, Nyoko must've finished her book because she got up and moved to the tv cabinet, probably looking for something else to read. She opened it up and threw out a bunch of papers before she picked something.
"Mommy, Daddy what is this?" She said holding up a book. Katsuki and I both looked up and noticed that she was holding our wedding album. I smiled fondly.
"Bring it here sweetie, that's mommy and daddy's wedding album," I told her. Her eyes lit up and she rushed over to sit between Katsuki and I. Her brother and sister noticed that something was going on so they came over. Kitaro sat in my lap and Sachiko struggled to climb up the couch before Katsuki picked her up.
"So there's your mom and I at the ceremony," Katsuki said pointing to a picture of us kissing in front of the officient.
"And there's daddy and I dancing at the after party," I said pointing to another. Sachiko pointed at my wedding dress and beamed.
"Mommy pretty," she squealed and I kissed her forehead. We kept looking through all the pictures and after a while Nyoko frowned. Katsuki pat her head.
"What's wrong, Spicy?" He asked. She pouted and gestured to the book.
"I wish I could've went to the wedding, it looks so fun," she huffed. Her siblings offered their agreement to her statement and I laughed.
"Well tough stuff kids, you guys weren't born yet," Katsuki said and I smacked his chest lightly. Kitaro crossed his arms.
"And mommy and daddy aren't gonna get married again, so we'll never see it," he pointed out and that got me thinking. I lifted my hand.
"Well actually we can do something like it if you want," I suggested vaguely. Katsuki looked at me confused and I elaborated. "A vow renewal. It's been almost 7 years since we got married so why not?" Kitaro raised his hand.
"Mommy what's a vow renewal?" He asked. I explained the concept to them and they all seemed to get excited. We all looked at Katsuki for the final say. He clicked his tongue.
"Fine if it'll make you all happy, let's have the greatest vow renewal history has ever seen," he said with that determined smirk and a glint in his crimson eyes. Everyone cheered and we started planning.
~1 month later: September~
"Oh this vow renewal is gonna be so fun," Mina exclaimed as all us girls were dress shopping. It was me, Mina, Jiro, Momo, Haruhi, Nyoko, Hiromi, Sachiko, and Kohaku all flooding a Queen's Designs boutique and probably annoying the manager. But hey I'm the owner.
"Are you sure everyone is gonna fit in your house?" Momo asked and I nodded.
"Yup the backyard is totally big enough. And it's really just you guys and the parents so we'll have plenty of room for a rockin' party," I said with a wide smile. Jiro started suggesting shoes and we were deep in that when Hiromi called to us.
