Y/n POV (23 weeks : 5 months and 3 weeks)

I woke up in the morning and stretched. I turned to the opposite side of the bed and noticed that my husband wasn't there. Confused I got out of bed and went to go looking for him.

I was sidetracked by the smell of food and ended up going straight to the kitchen. That's where I found my husband and two kids making breakfast. Nyoko noticed me first and ran over to hug me, careful not to get any flour on my pajamas (aka Katsuki's sweatshirt).

"Mommy! Daddy, Kita, and me are making you cinnamon rolls!" She said excitedly gesturing for me to follow her over to the table. Kitaro was busy making art out of the frosting drizzle but he stopped long enough to smile when I gave him a kiss on the forehead.

"Really? Are you sure Daddy didn't eat them all?" I laughed questioningly. Katsuki grumbled and put a hand around my waist.

"I would've if you slept any longer," he muttered, kissing me on the lips. I giggled and reminded him I was sleeping for two. Kitaro finished the icing decorations and was about to freeze them in the freezer when I stopped him and did it myself.

He clapped happily and put one on everyone's cinnamon roll. KoKo and Kita got stars, I got a heart, and Katsuki got an explosion. We all dug in, savoring the sweet taste of melted butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar on warm dough.

I offered to clean up while Katsuki told the children the good news.

"Alright today we are going to Grandma Miwa's office so we can look at the new baby. You guys have to behave ok?" The kids' eyes lit up and they saluted their dad.

"Yes sir!" They both ran over to me who was doing dishes and started asking me questions about the baby. I did my best to field all of them without slowing the cleaning process down.

"Ok ok. Any more questions and you'll upset the baby. Let's go get dressed so we can go," I said shooing them to their room.

After we all got dressed, we piled into Katsuki's Porsche and drove to Miwatari's office.

When it was our turn she called our names and brought us back into the room. The kids were struggling to sit still with all the new posters and equipment, but Katsuki kept them busy by giving them his phone.

"My favorite family, don't tell the other patients," Miwatari said as she walked in with a smile. The kids had to get their grandma hugs in before we could start, but it didn't take too long.

We got through all the routine tests and finally it was time for the ultrasound. Miwatari rubbed the cold gel on my exposed belly and started probing.

"Mommy what's that stuff?" Nyoko asked pointing at my belly.

"That's a jelly like thing that helps us see the baby. Look at the screen and you'll see your little sibling," I explained. Both of them turned their eyes to the screen in fascination as Miwa moved the transducer around my belly. Kitaro gasped and pointed at the screen.

"Oo oo! I can see the baby," he said excitedly. Sure enough, there they were. Katsuki's faced softened into a sweet smile and he took my hand and squeezed it.

"They look good in there. Growing well, you baby is about the size of a mango now," Miwatari said with a smile. It was Nyoko's turn to gasp. She was bouncing excitedly and Katsuki pat her head.

"Oi what is it Spicy?" He asked her. She smiled happily.

"That! So Kita and my nicknames are Mochi so how about the baby's be mango, since they're the size of a mango!" I giggled, thinking that Nyoko thought that the baby wasn't gonna get any bigger. Kitaro added his approval to the idea and Katsuki looked at me for the final say.

Miwatari handed me a printed out picture of the baby's ultrasound and I smiled.

"I can't wait to meet baby Mango," I said holding up the picture. The children cheered and Katsuki kissed my cheek. We agreed that this baby was going to be a surprise so we didn't find out the sex at today's appointment.

We left the doctor's office and realized that it was still early in the day so we asked the kids what they wanted to do. Both of them thought hard and looked at each other. KoKo gestured to Kita.

"Kita can pick," she said, which surprised me because usually she wants to lead everything. Kitaro was also surprised but he rose to the challenge.

"We can go shopping for baby Mango," he said with a big smile on his face. Nyoko added her consent and we looked to Katsuki who was going to drive.

"Alright, get in the car," he grumbled. Katsuki didn't very much like shopping, but he'd do anything for his family which I admired.

We drove to the kids' favorite store, which sold clothes for newborns through preteens, toys, and children paraphernalia.

We started in the newborn section for clothes, thinking the baby things like bath necessities and bedding we could reuse from the twin's baby days.

"Mango has to wear yellow," Nyoko said as she looked at clothes on a rack. I nodded and searched with her while Kitaro and Katsuki went to find some more toys.

"How about this one, KoKo?" I said holding up a yellow onesie with a honeybee on it. She smiled and nodded, high-fiving me for our mutual fashion sense.

The boys came back after we had finished filling up the cart with clothes. Kitaro was bouncing excitedly holding stuffed versions of Katsuki and I's superhero alliasses, similar to the ones they got for their first birthday and Katsuki was holding back a smile.

"Mommy look! They sell them as a couple now, so baby Mango can have them like KoKo and me have them," he said in a whirlwind of excitement. His attitude rubbed off on Nyoko and then both of them were excited about the plushies.

"Your son almost climbed a wall to get those for his sibling," Katsuki told me as he recalled how they found the toys. I laughed, imagining my baby boy scaling a wall.

"He's a great big brother," I said patting him on the head. Kitaro, like his father, responded warmly to praise.

We finished up and paid and my stomach growled. I whispered to the kids and then Nyoko pat Katsuki's leg.

"Daddy I want doughnuts," she pleaded, turning on the puppy dog eyes. Truth was I wanted doughnuts, but Katsuki had a harder time saying no to the kids then he did saying it to me.

"Tch, fine Spicy. Get in the car, let's go," he said exasperated. I fist bumped my children as we snickered while Katsuki drove us to the doughnut store.

One doughnut break later and we were back home. I left the kids in the playroom and went to the living room to sit with Katsuki. He put his arm around my shoulder and kissed my forehead.

"Do your feet hurt?" He asked me. I shook my head and snuggled closer to him.

"No but thank you," I told him. He was very considerate of me ever since I got pregnant again. Sometimes it was direct like this, other times it was subtly giving or doing things to make me more comfortable. Either way I loved him a lot for it.

The rest of the day was pretty uneventful. The kids had some quirk training, and we ordered pizza because no one could be bothered to cook.

2 baths and 2 showers later, and everyone was ready to call it a night. The kids had made it a ritual to pat my stomach every night to say goodnight to the baby, and since we had given them a name, it was much easier.

"Goodnight Mango. I'm gonna enjoy playing queen of the castle with you," Nyoko said before laying down in bed. I turned to Kitaro's bed.

"Night Mango. I'm gonna be the best big brother, I promise," he said with a small yawn. I kissed both their foreheads and left them to sleep.

I got in the bed with Katsuki and his arms wrapped around me. He was asleep in seconds and I smiled to myself.

I love my family...
