"Is this an Electra thing about great entrances or-?"

The most awaited day had arrived. The books were closed and the assignments pushed aside. Lily, Mary and Alice had spent the whole day inside their dormitory starting the preparations for their big night. Electra had decided to help all of them prepare however she could. She didn't know many things from make up but what could possibly go wrong? How difficult could it be? Well... it wasn't so simple as she thought. Not only because of make up but the girls were acting strangely.

"Mary! Come on I need that lipstick!" Lily said to her friend lifting her dress and moving next to Mary

"Mary you're spending hours in front of the mirror! Come on go aside!" Alice said pushing Mary away from the mirror. Electra took a step back and sat on the bed trying not to mess up with them.

"Oh El how do we look?" The three girls stood in front of her.

Lily was wearing a beautiful green dress that was coming in great contrast with her red hair but suited so well her green eyes. She had her hair in a long braid and she had placed flowers on it. She was beautiful. If Spring could have a face she would definitely be Lily.

"Which is Potter's worst colour?" Lily asked as the girls had gone to Hogsmeade to buy dresses for the Ball

"Green? Why?" Electra replied not knowing what her friend had in her mind.

"Just trying to choose the colour of my dress." Alice and Electra exchanged a look and rolled their eyes.

The thing was that after her appearance, James would definitely reconsider if green was actually his worst colour.

Alice was smiling at her friend with a beautiful yellow gown. She had stated from the start that she wanted to dress in Hufflepuff's colours, since Frank was in Hufflepuff. She had her mid length black hair down and she had caught two strands of them in the back of her head and tight them with a ribbon. Well Frank was definitely going to be impressed.

Mary was looking down at her violet dress trying to see if there was something wrong since she wasn't really used to wear dresses. She looked up at Electra and smiled. "How do I look?"

"Remus will definitely be impressed! He might ask you to be his girlfriend, who knows?" Electra said and smirked at her friend who just sighed.  She was waiting for this to happen for a long time. And everyone knew. Even Remus knew but he had his doubts. Why would she want to be with him. And that was the reason he hadn't asked her yet.

Electra turned to Lily and Alice. "Honestly girls I thought that you couldn't impress someone more but after this... All of you will have the whole Ballroom staring at you." She said and smiled widely. The three girls went to hug her. "Okay okay get off me now!" She between her giggles as the four girls had fallen onto her bed.

"It's a shame that you're not coming..."  Lily said as she was sitting more comfortably on the bed.

"Oh! I am coming!" she replied as soon as she realised that she had forgotten to mention that to them.

The three girls looked at her surprised "Did Sirius ask you after all?" She shook her head negatively at Alice who seemed really happy about it.

"No no... It's not him. But I'll come! That's the point!"

Mary looked at her and smirked "The point Electra, is who are you coming with!" She said and winked at her "Is he good?"

"Hey! You have Remus, stand aside!" Lily said at Mary.
