"I've heard lots of things from you but this! This is unbelievable!" Remus said to Sirius as they were entering the Transfiguration class and taking their seats near the rest of the Marauders.

James and Electra turned to look at them "What is he planning and why am I for once more the last person to know?" James said rolling his eyes.

"Excuse me? You're always the first!" Peter said from his desk

"Well actually you don't even have to be informed. You two are thinking the same things!" Electra added and then high five-ed with Peter.

Sirius took his seat next to Remus and after flashing a smile at the direction of two girls from Hufflepuff he turned to face his friends. "I think it's time for me to learn more things about life. It's time to explore the world. See it from another perspective! Discover the beauty of the little things, like how the blossom blows, how the water flows, how the fire warms us-"

"What he's trying to say is that he'll take Muggle studies this year." Remus said cutting Sirius' monologue. The black haired boy smiled at his four friends proudly and rested his back on the back of his chair which was not as strong as he thought causing him to fall back and hit his head. The female population of the class let out a sigh of fear and the four Marauders busted into laughter.

"I'm fine girls, do not worry your pretty minds" he said as he was standing up and lifting his chair. "So yeah, back to the point. I'm going to have Muggle studies this year!"

James lost himself in a daydream fo a minute but returned to reality. "Well maybe I can escort you!" He said with his eyes sparkling.

"Lily is having Arithmacy this year Prongs." Remus said and they laughed at James whose joy in fractions of a second was washed away. "Don't feel bad though. You're still going to follow her wherever she ends up."

Electra shook her head in agreement and turned to face James. "Yes but I'll have to be separated from my house dog Padfoot!"

Sirius as the drama queen he was continued "And I'm going to leave my deer Prongs behind for the third year in a row!" The two boys stood up from their seats and hugged eachother pretending to be crying.

"Why do we have this each year?" Peter asked Remus and Electra who just lifted their shoulders not knowing what to say.

McGonagall entered the classroom and as soon as she saw the two boys hugging let out a sigh. She had to deal with them for once more. "Black, Potter, tell me that you're not breaking up I'm afraid that I'm too old for these kind of news." The whole class smirked apart from Electra who started laughing unconditionally. "Miss Star I can hear you."

"Oh Minnie you're not old at all!" James immediately reassured her.

"And we would never break your heart like that!" Sirius continued his friend's words.

"Thank you for your empathy! Now in your seats! In case you haven't realised this year you're been examining in the end for the O.W.Ls which is going to be your first certificate. Unfortunately for most on you you're going to be examined in Transfiguration as well. Questions in the end of my speech Mr. Pettigrew!

"But I didn't even-"

"You will! I'm just trying to save time for my lecture." McGonagall said and continued talking about the exams and the whole curriculum the would have to be taught by the end of the year in order to be prepared for the exams. "Miss Star if you continue laughing with Mr. Potter I'll have to put you in detention the only day the field is free for practice."
