"When you're acting for so long it's hard to face the truth when the time comes."

~~

March 2nd, 1977

Sirius was awake in his bed. Normally at that time he would be out with Diane or any other girl but he was just lying on his bed. He didn't know what could he do. The girl who he was in love with wasn't talk to him and it was his fault. And the girl with who he was in a relationship didn't seem to understand what he was going through. And how could she? How could she think that his feelings for someone else were stronger than his feelings for her -his girlfriend.

Sirius let out a sigh and turned in his bed so her could face the ceiling. He felt the urge to talk to Electra. To tell her everything. To apologize for being so distant. Most importantly to apologize for dating someone else the moment he knew very well that she was the one he was in love with. Another part of his brain though kept saying that it didn't matter. That Diane was extremely beautiful and sooner or later she would charm him enough so he wouldn't even think of other girls. And that was what he was trying to do but unfortunately there was no outcome. If he was sharing his thoughts with any other person he would look at him and start laughing. Not because of his situation but because of the fact that everyone wanted to be loved by Diane. Any guy and girl in his senses would prefer Diane to the little demon of Hogwarts -Electra.

He stood up and walked towards the exit of the dormitory. The clock was saying 2 o'clock. He grabbed his leather jacket and was about to exit when he heard James' voice.

"Hey! Where are you off to?" James asked while taking his glance off the Marauders map.

"Back to my miserable life I guess." He replied sarcastically. James was about to put on a robe and follow him outside but he stopped him with his words. "Don't bother. Keep watching Lily on the map. I'm sure she's doing really interesting things inside the dormitory." He said and then exited the room.

James exchanged a glance with Remus and Peter. "What has happened to him?" The last one asked at some point.

Remus smirked. He remembered the conversation he had with their friend around a month ago. How was he trying to find some things to say about Diane and eventually ended up describing his feelings for Electra. He looked at his friend. "When you're acting for so long it's hard to face the truth when the time comes."

The two boys looked at him with curiousity. He hadn't answer Peter's question, quite the opposite. He had caused more. He smiled proudly and turned to sleep again.

"I knew he was doing drugs..." James said to Peter referring to Remus who just threw a pillow on the boy's face. "What?! You could at least be more specific!"

Sirius was suspecting that Electra would've been in the common room, she never used to sleep at that time. He wanted to talk to her and after realising that she wasn't in the common room his thoughts started drowning him.

He tried to calm himself down by saying that she could probably be somewhere and she would come back but as the time was passing and she wasn't appearing he grew tired of waiting and too anxious to think clear and look for her in the map.

Eventually he stood up and stormed towards the girls' dormitory. He knock on their door hoping that they would be awake so they would help him.

Lily at the sound she stood up from the sofa where she was lying next to Alice talking about her problems with Frank and went to open the door.
