"Where's the fun if everything is logical?"

~~

March 29th, 1976
James woke up in an empty room and searched for his glasses. The sunshines were entering from the window blinding him even more. At least it was a good day... He wore his glasses and scanned the room. Empty. He looked at Sirius' bed. Not only empty but made up. Sirius was never making up his bed after sleeping. "Okay Pads you can appear..."

"I'm not here!" Sirius voice sounded making James laugh.

"And then who am I talking with?"

"I'm your consciousness! You're spending to much time with Padfoot if you actually hear me like him." Sirius replied still hidden. James sat back on his bed. "You probably believe that I'm making fun of you. I'm not. I'm really... serious" almost inaudible giggles followed and Electra appeared out of nowhere.

"Well done Sirius! He understood you!"

"For once in your life Padfoot you have to understand that this is not funny anymore!" Remus said smiling

"You laughed! Peter tell them that it's funny!" Sirius' voice was heard but he was again nowhere to be seen.

James looked around the room in search of his friend. But he couldn't spot him anywhere. "Guys, I think that I'm about to lose my vision..."

The Marauders laughed and looked at James who was standing slightly terrified from the idea of losing the ability to see but in the other hand he was curious about what was happening.

"Sirius drunk a potion that makes you invincible..." Electra said only to be corrected by Remus.

"Actually, you told him to drink it. James there's no such potion. Electra made it." James looked at his friend who was looking around the room either in search of Sirius or because she didn't want to meet James' and Remus'judging looks.

"I helped her too... And well I could've said no to the offer." Their now invisible friend said. "Where's the fun if everything is logical?"

Electra and Sirius were sitting above a cauldron in the middle on the night inside the potions class. They had asked Slughorn if there was a potion like that but he had told them that there wasn't and even if there was he would advise them not to dare make it. Well who could blame him... Both Sirius and Electra were moving disasters and especially when it came to potions.

"Okay I think that this is going to work!" The girl said and whispered some spells above the cauldron.

"Are you sure that this is going to end up right?" The boy asked as he was letting out a cloud of smoke.

"How many toads have we left?" Electra asked and Sirius without moving looked at the box in his lap.

"Three... I think Pers is going to kill us." He took a deep sip of smoke and after keeping it inside him for a while dropped his head back and exhaled the smoke.

"Yes. He is but it's too late now! I think it's finished. Give me the toad!" She smiled at her friend who opened the box and took one of the small creatures out of it.

Perseus was against animal cruelty. He thought that using animals for testing spells and potions was inhumane. So in an attempt to save the poor little creatures he had stolen most of them and kept them inside his room.

"Padfoot look!"

"What?"

"The frog disappeared!"

James looked at his friends. "Do you know when is this going to end? How much longer will he be invincible?"

"PRONGS IT DOESN'T MATTER! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" Sirius said and at the next moment James could feel someone hugging him tightly. Soon he found himself hugged by all of the Marauders and his ears were filled with wishes.
