TRIXIE' S POV:

"I swear we can't do this" I said, tying the laces on my shoes. But Hendrix shrugged his shoulders and kneeled down in front of me, tying the laces for my other shoe.

"Who cares? I wanna go home and I miss Daisy"

I held his hand as I stood up, feeling a slight pain in my left shoulder. He stopped and looked at me.

"You good?" he asked "maybe we should stay here if you're in pain still"

"No I'm fine, let's go" I said "I wanna see Daisy too". He nodded and I held onto his arm as we walked out, keeping our heads low.

"My Mom's gonna kill me" I whispered as we left the hospital.

"And your Dad's gonna kill me" he said, making me laugh slightly. It started pouring as we stepped outside and Hendrix quickly took off his jacket and wrapped it around my shoulders since I was only wearing a shirt, before trying to find an empty cab.

"Thanks, bestie"

He stopped and turned around to glare at me.

"Dont you dare start that bullshit again" he said. I smirked as the rain caused his hair to fall in front of his eyes and his shirt to stick to his chest.

I admired him for a second, taking it all in. He was mine. I didn't care who accepted us, he was my person and there was nothing changing that.

"Hey you"

We both looked to our right to see two girls standing next to the entrance with cigarettes between their fingers. One of them winked at Hendrix.

"What are you doing tonight?" the other shouted. He narrowed his eyes at them before nodding his head in my direction.

"Her"

I blushed as I fought a smile. He walked over to me, fully aware that they were still staring and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"You're all wet" I whined, cringing as he purposely put his head in my neck.

"But are you?" he asked. I rolled my eyes and pushed him back, walking in front of him and putting my arm in the air for a cab. Several drivers looked in my direction and quickly drove over to me. I turned and smirked at Hendrix.

"That's how you do it" I said as he walked over to me angrily, closing his jacket over my chest.

"Only I get to see that shit" he said, opening the door to the cab. I got in and gave the driver my address as Hendrix joined me.

"So how was Cole?" he asked casually. I looked over at him as he looked out the window.

"Pretty good"

"What?" he said, snapping his head around to face me in confusion and annoyance.

"What? You asked" I said "how was Amelia?"

"Fucking terrible!" he exclaimed "that's what you were meant to say too!". I stared at him blankly before leaning forwards towards the driver.

"I apologise for my friend's strange behaviour, he hasn't taken his medicine-"

Hendrix wrapped his hands around my waist, pulling me back into my seat. I pressed my lips together, trying as hard as I could not to laugh.

HENDRIX'S POV:

"You're such a crybaby" she said, moving her face closer to mine with a smirk.

"And you're probably high on painkillers" I said, reaching over her and pulling the seatbelt over her chest before putting my own on.

"So why'd you do it?" she asked, tilting her head to the side "why'd you sleep with her, Hendrix?"

"I was drunk" I sighed "I was drunk and angry and acted on impulse". I regretted it so much. I had no feelings for Amelia after what she did to me. It didn't even have to be Amelia, she just happened to be there at the wrong time.

"It was empty sex" I said "there was nothing to it"

"Was she better than me?" she said, knowing the answer all too well herself.

"I'm not even answering that" I said as she laughed to herself "and Cole? Why'd you choose him?"

"I just wanted dick with no complications" she said.

"Shut up" I said, glaring at her as she put her head on my shoulder.

"I'm kidding, babe" she said "he couldn't handle me the way you do, no one can"

"That's what I thought" I said, still mildly annoyed. I rested my head on top of hers as the driver turned right down an alleyway.

"Aye I think you took a wrong turn" I said. But he ignored me, stopping the car and getting out.

"What the fuck-"

"Hendrix!" screamed Trixie, I looked out her window to see a black car coming at full speed towards us. I grabbed Trixie and got out the car, running as far as possible. Seconds later, we heard brakes screech and I took out my gun, firing at the windows.

"Shit" I said, realising they were bulletproof. The door opened and a man stepped out.

A small smile on his face as he removed the black shades covering his eyes. My stomach dropped as I recognised the red scar, running from his left eye all the way down to his collarbone.

"Carlos" I whispered, placing an arm over Trixie as she looked at me.

"Who the fuck is Carlos?" she said "and why has your face gone white like you've seen a ghost?"

"He's my.."

He smirked at us, taking a few steps towards us as he opened his arm as if he expected a hug from me.

"Hello brother"
