TRIXIE'S POV:
"No I swear Bonnie's the troublemaker" said Hendrix as we pulled into my driveway.
"What? No, she literally carries the whole eight seasons" I said, rolling my eyes at him. He laughed at how defensive I got as I looked behind to see Daisy had fallen asleep.
"Oh my god, she dropped her fries on my seats"
"Shut up, look how adorable she is" I said, getting out the car. Hendrix got out the car and went to the backseat to pick her up.
"Take her to my room, I'll be up soon" I said, opening the front door for him. He nodded and went upstairs with Daisy in his arms, sound asleep. I went into the kitchen to see Mom sitting at the table with a glass of alcohol in her hand. She looked up and saw me, giving me a sad smile.
"What's wrong, Ma?" I said, going to sit next to her. She shook her head, downing the rest of what was in her glass.
"Just missing your brother, baby" she said softly. I felt my heart ache when she mentioned him.
I hadn't thought about Lenny since the funeral. Not because I chose not to but because Hendrix had managed to get my mind off it. He'd helped me start to move on and it was upsetting to see Mom didn't have that support from Dad.
"Where's Dad?" I asked. She shrugged her shoulders, reaching for the wine bottle. But I grabbed it before she could.
"Fuck knows" she said, holding her hand out "give me the bottle, Trix"
"No, you need to go sleep it off"
She sighed and sat back in the chair. I looked at her as she shook her head, looking down at her lap.
"I just..."
"What, Mom?" I asked, placing my hand on her shoulder "what is it?"
I just miss him" she said, her eyes filling with tears as she spoke "I feel like Levi's death just caused me and your Dad to become so hostile to each other"
"But you'll get past it, won't you?" I asked. She raised an eyebrow, standing up and tucking her chair in.
"Don't worry about us, honey" she said, kissing the top of my head. I frowned as she exited the kitchen. I waited a few seconds until I heard her bedroom door close and made my way upstairs.
I opened my door to see Daisy lying on Hendrix, both of them fast asleep. I felt myself smiling as I gently closed the door.
"Finally" mumbled Hendrix, his eyes flickering open.
"I didn't mean to wake you-"
"I wasn't sleeping, I was waiting for you, I can't sleep
without you" he said. I felt my cheeks turning red as I walked over to the bed. I was wearing his hoodie with sweats and I was too lazy to change. Daisy rolled over, waking up as Hendrix moved his arm from underneath her."Ew, move" she yawned, pushing Hendrix backwards towards the edge of the bed.
"You're going to push me off, stop it Daisy" he said, grabbing her little feet and moving them away from his chest. I laughed and she turned around to face me, grinning from ear to ear.
"Hi Trixie" she said, standing up on my bed "do you wanna watch shows with me?"
"Can we-"
"Oh my god" whined Hendrix, cutting me off. We both turned to look at him in confusion.
"Can you stop stealing my girlfriend?"
"Girlfriend? Did I miss an episode?" I said, watching him smirk at me. Daisy narrowed her eyes at him.
"No, shut up" said Daisy, turning back to me "I'm going to find some new shows and I'll come back to you later, okay?"
"I'll be waiting" I said as she held onto my hands, hopping off my bed and running out.
"You're annoying" said Hendrix, sulking as I got into my bed next to him. I giggled and snuggled up next to him. He rolled his eyes and pulled the covers over us, wrapping his arms around my waist as I laid my head on his chest.
"I love you" I mumbled, closing my eyes.
"I love you" he said, pulling me closer to him. I felt myself falling asleep on him as he gently ran his hand through my hair.
HENDRIX'S POV:
I felt Trixie's breathing become heavy on my chest as her phone started ringing. I reached over to see the caller quickly so she wouldn't wake up.
Jason
My eyes went wide as his name flashed up on the screen. The last time I checked he should've been in a body bag and six feet under. Unless, there was another Jason?
I declined the call and turned her phone off. If he rang again, it was definitely him.
MATTIA'S POV:
"Leave my wife out of this" I said, my hands curling up into fists. Kyle crossed one leg over the other, staring down at the gun in his lap.
"Okay" he said, smiling at me "what about your daughter?"
"Fuck you!" I shouted, charging at him but a soldier blocked me, stabbing a needle into my neck. I felt my head starting to spin as I was lowered to the floor.
"What a shame" said Kyle, walking over to me and kneeling down in front of me.
"We'll have to continue this tomorrow"
