OLIVIA'S POV:

"Where the fuck is he!?" I yelled down the phone "he was last with you so where the fuck is he now?"

"Liv, calm down-"

"Don't tell me to fucking calm down, Kairi" I said, getting a jacket out of my wardrobe. I hung up on him and tracked Mattia's location as I grabbed my keys. I walked over to Trixie's room, gently knocking on the door before opening it.

I saw Trixie fast asleep on Hendrix's chest as he noticed me.

"I'm just gonna-"

"Something happened" he interrupted, gesturing for me to come over. I hesitated but walked over to him as he passed me Trixie's phone.

"What is it?" I asked. He pointed at the missed calls and there was two from Jason. I looked back at Hendrix who looked like he's seen a ghost.

"I thought he was dead?"

"So did I!" he exclaimed, whisper shouting so Trixie didn't wake up. I looked back at the phone in utter confusion as to how he was back from the dead.

"Hendrix.."

He raised his eyebrows for me to continue. I bit my bottom lip, wondering whether it was a long shot.

"Come downstairs" I said, walking out the room.

HENDRIX'S POV:

I gently moved Trixie's head onto the pillow and got out of bed, following her downstairs.

"So?" I asked, taking a seat at the kitchen table. She poured herself a glass of scotch before coming to sit opposite me with Trixie's phone still in her hand.

"I think-"

"What's that!"

I looked to my right to see Daisy running into the kitchen, pointing at Mrs Polibio's glass.

"Apple juice!" she said, giving Daisy the same enthusiastic energy back.

"I want some" she said, holding her hands out.

"Daisy stop talking" I said, turning back to Trixie's Mom who smiled at her "so what do you think?"

"I think the guards actually killed Jason's older brother, Jayden" she said "they both have blonde hair and both know Trixie, I think Alejandro messed up and chose the wrong kid"

"Oh my god" I said, covering my mouth. The phone vibrated and she looked at it, inhaling sharply.

"I think this gives us our answer" she said, handing it to me. I read the text message.

You're probably mad I cheated but it was just a misunderstanding. Call me so I can explain

"How is he-"

"I'm bored!" shouted Daisy. I looked at her in annoyance before going to get a glass and filling it up with cold water. I handed it to her as she looked at me, puzzled as to why she was holding it.

"Go wake up Trixie"

A sparkle went off in her eye as she ran upstairs with it. I went back to the table and Trixie's Mom laughed at me.

"She'll kill you, not me"

"Okay but she's going to be so mad at me" I said, running my hands through my hair in annoyance.

"Why?"

"I told her that her ex was dead"

"You didn't know that" she said, reaching across the table and patting my hand "if anything she'll be relieved, so don't worry about it, she'll understand"

"Understand what?"

I looked towards the door to see Trixie, for some reason she wasn't drenched in water. Instead, the glass was in her hand. I looked at Daisy who was by her side, looking up at her with a huge smile.

"You were supposed to throw the water on her, not give her it to drink" I said, watching Daisy glare at me.

"No! She's my best friend" she argued, hugging Trixie's leg.

TRIXIE'S POV:

"Daisy I wanna watch shows with you!" said Mom, getting out of her seat as Daisy squealed, grabbing her hand.

I watched them leave the kitchen before going to sit next to Hendrix.

"What were you speaking about?" I asked him. He looked down at the table, sliding my phone over to me. I picked it up and read the texts from the boy who was supposed to be dead.

"What.."

"I'm sorry" said Hendrix, his elbows on the table as he ran his hands through his hair "apparently it wasn't him, it was his brother, I'm sorry I had no-"

"Hey, hey stop" I said, placing my hands on either side of his face to calm him down. I saw a text from Mom saying she was going out before looking back at Hendrix "it's fine, baby"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, you literally had no idea, why would I be mad at you?" I asked, watching him shrug his shoulders.

"Cause I had you believing he was dead, and I guess you guys were sorta friends" he said. I laughed, letting go of him and taking his hand instead.

"He cheated on me and lead me on for two years" I said, standing up "I'd rather become friends with your parents than him". He smiled, kissing my cheek as we walked into my living room. Daisy was sitting on the couch watching her shows.

"D-"

But Hendrix pulled me out, closing the door before Daisy could notice us.

"What are you-"

He pressed me up against the wall, his hands around my waist as he bought his mouth close to mine.

"Can't we go have sex instead?" he whined, tilting his head back as I smirked at him. I placed my hand on his chest and pushed him backwards, turning back around in the direction of the living room.

"There's literally a kid in the house" I said, walking inside to see her look up at me.

"Trixie, can I have candy?"

I turned back to see Hendrix walk in behind me. I raised an eyebrow at him as he shook his head.

"Do I look like your fucking servant?" he said. I reached forward, grabbing his shirt and pulling him towards me.

"Don't you dare swear in front of her again" I said, keeping my voice low.

"Or what?" he smirked, his eyes flickering down to my lips as he moved his face closer.

"Or I'll cut your 2 inch-"

"Choose your words wisely, Polibio" he said, pulling away from me "you weren't complaining about size when I was-"

The doorbell cut him off. I punched him lightly in the chest as I went to answer the door. I heard him laughing when I opened the door, my mouth dropping open slightly as I saw him.

"Give me another chance"

"What the fuck are you-"

"Please, Trixie" said Jason, quickly reaching out for my hand. I pulled it back, slamming the door shut.
I turned around and leaned on it, partly in shock.

"Who was it?" asked Hendrix, coming into the hallway. I looked at him, my eyes slightly wide as he took a step towards me.

"Open that fucking door"
