TRIXIE'S POV:

Levi got out the car, giving me a hand as he looked at my bandaged arm anxiously.

"Are you sure, Trix?"

"Yes" I said, becoming annoyed "you've asked me that five times now give up". We walked over to the house, kneeling behind a large set of bushes. I watched as Mom appeared in regular clothes, winking at me as she knocked on the front door.

"Hi!" she said to the soldier who opened it "is Maria home? I'd like to kill her"

He took out a gun quickly but the sniper killed him in a flash. Mom watched his body drop to the ground before turning back to the soldier and blowing him a kiss.

"Get on with it"

I looked up at the roof and saw Dad glaring at her, causing us to laugh. She walked inside, stepping over the body and closing the door behind her.

"Ready?" asked Levi. I focused my eyes on the door to the basement.

"Ready" I said, following him over to the door. I heard multiple gunshots go off from inside. And I froze, looking at Levi.

"Trixie come on" he said impatiently, shooting the lock in the door. A few soldiers came outside but they were quickly killed by the snipers. I looked on the roof and saw Dad was now in the house too.

"Go" said Levi. I opened the door and saw Hendrix hanging by his arms mid air.

"Hendrix!" I shouted, dropping my gun and running over to him as my eyes filled with tears. He looked up at me, breathing heavily as he tried to smile.

"Trix.."

"No, don't speak" I said, wiping my tears. He was so exhausted, mentally and physically drained.

"I'm gonna look for Mom and Dad" said Levi. I nodded as he went into the house. I cut the rope from his wrists and helped him onto the ground.

"How's your arm?" he asked, looking at the bandages as he struggled to breathe properly.

"Stop caring about me for one second" I pleaded.

"I can't, I love you" he said slowly. I felt myself crying again as I placed one of his arms over my shoulder and wrapped an arm around his waist.

"I love you" I whispered, trying to stop the tears as we walked back to the door. But when we got outside, there was a soldier waiting for us, his gun aimed at us as he smiled.

"Please" I begged, realising my gun was in the basement. One single gunshot went off and Hendrix threw himself over me, burying my head in his chest.

I looked over his shoulder and saw a man standing behind the soldier's body which was now on the floor with a bullet in the back of his head. I looked up at him, he looked madly familiar.

"Who are you?" I asked. But he shook his head, walking over to us and gently pushing Hendrix and I put the driveway.

"Not important, get him home now" he said. I looked over at Hendrix who refused to move.

"No" he said "I'm not going without Daisy"

"My God, you're as stubborn as your Mom" he said, running a hand through his head as he looked back at the house then at us "wait here". He ran into the house and I moved Hendrix to a safer place, giving a signal to the snipers to bring me first aid.

"I'm so sorry they did this to you" I said quietly. I placed a hand on the side of his right cheek. The left one was badly bruised.

"Don't be" he said, his voice was so tired. "I should've seen it coming at this point"

"But look at you" I wept, gently tracing the cuts on his abs. He reached forward and wiped my tears with his thumb, giving me a small smile.

"I'm fine now, aren't I?"

"No, you're not" I said "you're hurt, just admit it"

"Calm down, baby" he said softly as a soldier ran over to us with a first aid box.

"Bandage the cut around his abs" I ordered, watching him take out the correct equipment. I wiped my eyes as the front door opened.

"Trixie!"

I looked up to see Daisy running towards me, plain fear all over her face. I opened my arms and wrapped them around her little body as she held onto me tightly.

"Hi baby" I said, stroking her brown curls. She pulled away and looked at Hendrix, covering her mouth.

"How did that happen?" she asked. Hendrix looked at me for help and I took Daisy's hand, standing up.

"He fell through the bush" I said, pointing at the green bushes behind Hendrix. Luckily the worst of it was all bandaged up. Daisy dismissed it and looked at me.

"Can we go home now?"

"Home? Isn't this-"

"No your home" she said, frowning "I don't feel safe or happy here anymore". I pressed my lips together as I noticed a small red scratch on her arm. I looked at Hendrix who's eyes filled with tears as he shook his head and looked up at the sky.

"You should get them to your house" said the new guy. I didn't even notice he was still here.

"I will, thank you" I said. The soldier finished cleaning up Hendrix and I picked Daisy up before helping them into the car.

I looked back at the house. All I wanted was my three people to make it out alive.
