MATTIA'S POV:

I had one assault rifle strapped around my shoulders and one in my hands as I walked into his driveway.

"Get the fuck out here, Rosario" I yelled, watching the front door open as the eldest one walked out. A smile on his face as I aimed my rifle at him.

"I'm here"

I looked up at the bedroom window where Alejandro was stood, aiming a rifle back at me. I moved my rifle between the two. Unsure of who I was supposed to put a bullet in as they both smiled at me.

"Pick one of us" said Carlos, I looked back at him, pulling the trigger several times.

"No!" screamed Alejandro, watching him drop to the ground. I only shot him in both shoulders and his arm. Four bullets, one for each shoulder and two for the right arm which was now probably broken.

"That's for Trixie" I called out, feeling a small smile on my face as Alejandro ran downstairs.

"Stop it, Mattia!" he shouted, dragging his broken son back into the house and closing the front door. I lowered my weapon as Alejandro stood a few feet away from me. Unarmed.

"What the fuck happened to you" I said, sighing as he walked over to me, raising his hands in surrender.

"Easy" he said, I stared at him for a moment before emptying the bullets out the rifle and into my hand as I laughed to myself.

"As if I still fucking trust you" I said "after your dumb fucking son touched my daughter"

"Oh yeah" said Alejandro "well she should've just stayed outta his-"

"No maybe you should teach your son on how to respect women" I said, cutting him off.

"First of all" he said "which one are we talking about? Carlos or Hendrix?"

"Hendrix didn't break her arm, so take a fucking guess". I shook my head at him as he shrugged his shoulders. That's all he can fucking do. I had nothing left to say to him as I turned to walk away.

And to think I used to be friends with that son of a bitch.

TRIXIE'S POV:

"It hurtsss, Hendrix" I whined, leaning my head on his chest as he carried me to my room.

"I know, baby" he said, setting me down on my bed and placing pillows behind my back "I'll get you some painkillers, hold on a second". I sighed as he left the room, looking down at my bandaged arm and ankle.

It was so ugly. Definitely not the look I was going for.

"Here, mama"

I looked up to see him walking back in with two tablets on his hand and a glass of water. He helped me sit up before handing them to me and getting in bed next to me.

"Maybe you should sleep it off" he suggested as I lied down properly next to him.

"No, I'm not tired" I said, moving closer to him as he turned my TV on. I rested my head on his shoulder, closing my eyes for a second as he picked a show.

"You being a badass is so hot" he said as I felt my cheeks heating up.

"Tell me something I don't know"

"Shut up" he chuckled, wrapping his arm carefully around my shoulders. I looked up at him as he stared ahead, admiring his jawline and his perfect cheekbones which sunk into his skin. Not too much so he'd look like a skeleton but just enough to make him look flawless.

"Enjoying the view?"

"Shut up" I mumbled, putting my head on his chest and watching the TV. I heard the front door open and assumed Dad was back from whatever he did.

"Wait what the fuck?" I said as Hendrix slowly started getting out of bed.

"He's going to kill me if he sees us like this, I should be getting home anyway" he said. I rolled my eyes and reached out with my good arm, pulling him back into bed with me.

"Shut the fuck up and kiss me" I smirked, moving closer to him. He smiled but then looked down at my arm.

"But you're hurt-"

"Then kiss me better, Rosario"

A smirk tugged on his lips as his eyes flickered down to mine. I felt goosebumps as he moved his hand to my cheek, pulling my face closer to him. His face was so close to mine that I could practically feel his breath on my lips, playing with every emotion I had.

"No one likes a tease" I whispered, I saw a sparkle in his eyes just as my bedroom door opened. Hendrix pulled away immediately and so did I but Dad had already seen enough.

"What the fuck were you doing!?" he shouted, stepping inside and turning the lights on.

"I didn't mean-"

"Didn't mean what?" he exclaimed, his voice getting louder as Mom appeared in the doorway too.

"Can you not!?" she shouted back at him, grabbing his arm and trying to pull him away "I told you, he's not going to hurt her, Mattia". Hendrix's eyes grew wide as he heard what Dad thought of him.

"Hurt her!? I would never-"

"Get out of my house!" he screamed but I grabbed Hendrix's hand underneath the covers, sitting up.

"Are you done?" I said, grabbing everyone's attention "he's good for me, Dad. He's not like the rest of his family and I love him. There's nothing you could possibly do that'll change that"

I felt Hendrix's hand squeeze mine a little under the covers when I mentioned the L word. But Dad's face dropped as Mom grinned from ear to ear.

"I've never been so disappointed" he said, opening the door fully and glaring at Hendrix.

"This door stays open" he said "touch her and I'll kill you in a second"

"Oh my god, shut up" said Mom, grabbing his arm and pulling him away from the room. She waited till he was downstairs before running back over to my room and closing the door.

"Keep the noise down" she winked, shutting the door as I cringed and Hendrix laughed.

I wanted to laugh but I couldn't stop thinking about Dad. Was he really that disappointed over me seeing Hendrix like this?

"Hey" he said softly, placing his hand on mine "you okay?". I nodded slowly as his phone started going off. He looked at it, immediately becoming angry.

"What is it?" I asked, moving closer to him.

"Family stuff" he said "I have to go but I'll be back as soon as I'm done". He kissed my lips before getting out of bed.

"Bring Daisy when you come back" I said, watching him furrow his eyebrows at me.

"Why? I'm so much better than her" he said sarcastically "and if she's here that means I can't get that good shit". He groaned as he threw his head back in frustration.

"Shut up" I laughed as he walked over to the door. He placed his hand on the doorknob, glancing back at me.

"I love you, Trix"

I felt myself trying to fight a smile as he made it clear that he wasn't leaving till I said it back. But when I said it to him, there was no uncertainty about it.

"I love you, Hendrix"
