As you all know Tadashi is well known because of him being a Villain who was redeemed and began helping pro heroes and heroes who just started their agencies by making support items or helping them with their costumes.
His Quirk is crystallization which he got from his father and another Quirks which was a healing Quirk that he got from his mother.
With his other Quirk he can heal himself or someone who has the same genes or blood as him, which made him heal F/N.
He wanted his life to be very private, some says its because of his family but some believes that he's not fully redeemed and was doing something villainous.
Fun fact- Tadashi's father and great grandfathers also had two Quirks, they say it runs in the family although the male part of the family are the only one's who is able to get two Quirks. Doctors was fascinated about this as well as some scientists.
