This allows the reader to create many different special needles in different places in his body. The reader can also create new special needles that was indicated on chapter 4. The reader can expand his quirk by researching, if he researches about poison the type of poison that can kill someone, with enough research the reader can create a poisonous needle.

This also allows the readet to create a healing needle and many more types of needle whether they are big or small.

-Crystallization
This allows the reader ro create crystals on different parts of hid body, he can also crystalize objects and skin.

The crystals he can create are surprisingly warm although Tadashi's crystals are cold. That's pretty much you need to know about reader's Quirk.
