"Ashton? You alright?" Jimmy asks, running into the squad room.

"No. You know how much I hate storms. I get anxiety." I say.

"Shhh. I'm here. Everything will be alright." He hugs me tight, "Boss, can I take her home?"

"I guess. She won't do much good to us crying in a corner." Gibbs crosses his arms. Jimmy lifts me out of my chair and carries me out to the car. We pick up Riley and Addy on our way home.

"So what is with you and storms anyways?" Jimmy breaks the silence. I sit and think for a while before answering. "Well?"

"When I was little... About eight, or so, there was a really bad storm. Like, really bad. It came out of no where. My mom was at work that day. When the storm hit, she wasn't allowed to leave and all the power lines had been downed from the wind. She couldn't call and tell us if she was ok or when she would be able to come home. It was terrifying. Finally four days later she pulled in the driveway... But I've never been the same since. You know?" I say.

"Wow. That must have been really hard. I'm sorry." He kisses my hand.

"It's alright... It's a stupid reason honestly." I look down.

"No it isn't!"

"Are you sure?"

"Positive."

"Fine... You want to get Riley, and I'll get Addy?" I ask as we pull in to the driveway.

"Nah. You go in. I'll get them both."

"Alright."

"You go get into some warm pajamas and get comfortable." Jimmy winks.

"That means something completely different with the wink, mister..." I smirk.

"Is that a yes?"

"...yes..."

"Yes! Awkwardness - 1, seductiveness - 0."

"You're a goon!" I laugh entering the house.

"You love me and you know it." Jimmy says following behind.
