"Listen... Michelle..." Jimmy says as Michelle comes up to breathe. As he says it her phone rings. She holds up a finger.
"Hello?... Yes... I'll be right there... Bye. Jimmy, I have to go. Hopefully I'll see you again during this case." Michelle says, planting another kiss on his lips.
"Michelle!" Jimmy tries to catch her before she walks out the door. He drops his arms to his sides and turns around. Everyone is staring at him. "What?"
"That is not to happen again on work hours. Next time you will stop it before it goes to far." Gibbs says. He walks out of the café and pulls out his phone.
"It's not like I wanted it!"
"But, Gremlin. You didn't stop it." Tony says.
"I thought she just used you... I'm really confused." McGee says.
"Well... Does Mrs. Palmer have anything she would like to say?" Ducks asks turning to me. I stand in silence for a few seconds; thinking what, of the millions of things running through my mind, I should say.
"I wish you controlled what just happened. You very well could have. I mean, if you're going to let it happen, maybe don't let it happen in front of your wife, you numskull!" I say.
"I..." Jimmy starts to cry.
"I'm sorry... I shouldn't have said that. I love you, Jim. I don't want anyone else to touch you like that. You're mine. Not hers. You let her seduce you all over again." I wrap my arms around his neck. Slowly I feel the warmth of his arms on my back.
"I love you, too... I just went into shock I guess... The last time I saw her was years ago. She broke my heart and for a minute there, I felt like I was back in time. I felt like I had a second chance to change her mind. But I didn't have to because I have you."
"Break it up you two. Work this out once you get home. Right now, we have a case on a dead marine. And I would really appreciate it if for once, we didn't have any drama on this team! Do I make myself clear?" Gibbs yells.
"Yes, sir." I say.
"And this is why I have rules... Why I never should have let you break my rules." He mumbles under his breath.
