"Daddy?" I ask as I push myself over to where he is.
"What?" Dad asks quietly.
"I'm so sorry. Are you ok?"
"I guess."
"Dad."
"I guess... I guess I'm just hurt, ok?"
"I didn't mean to hurt you, but you always tell me what to do. I'm not a little girl anymore."
"No. But you're my little girl."
"I'm so sorry... Come back with me?"
"I guess." He stands up and pushes me back into my room.
"Are you ok?" Mom asks.
"Yes."
"We saw you guys come back together... Is everything alright?" Ducky asks as he and Gibbs make their way back in.
"I think so... Did everybody else go?" I ask.
"Yes. Ducky and I stayed... Myself because of you and Ducky because of Palmer. I wouldn't let the others stay. Bosses rein." Gibbs says.
"We understand."
"If the nurses are alright with it, Jethro and I would like to take the three of you out to dinner." Ducky says.
"That sounds great... Thanks you guys."
"Of course." Gibbs says. He walks out to the hall and begins talking with the nurses. He comes back in with a smile on his face, "They said it would be fine!"
"Yay!"
"You are so kind! No wonder Ash loves it at NCIS!" Mom says.
"She's practically family... Would you expect less from family?" Gibbs asks.
"I guess not."
"Can you please get me out of here?" I ask.
"Yeah of course." Gibbs says as he pushes my wheelchair out to the car.
"Nice car!" Dad says as he walks up to the charger.
"It's NCIS issued... Not mine."
