*Gibbs' POV*
"Michelle. Why the hell are you down here? You know that unless you're an employee you can't be in the building unless escorted." I say, stepping of the elevator headed to autopsy.
"I'm sorry Agent Gibbs. I was just leaving." Michelle says as she pushes past me.
"Palmer." I say walking into autopsy. I see him leaning his forehead against the wall. "Palmer!"
"Sorry Agent Gibbs... I just have had a lot going on." Palmer says, turning to face me. He looks confused with tears running down his cheeks.
"Michelle, right?" He just nods. I slam my hand down on a cold metal table, causing him to jump. "What did I say the last time this happened, Palmer?"
"To... To stop it." Palmer blushes and scratches the back of his neck.
"Then why on earth is she still bothering you?!"
"Gibbs, I..."
"No. Palmer. I meant what I said. Rule 12 is back and more like hell than before. If you even think about making contact with anyone you have had a past with, you will face me." I turn around and rush out the door. I feel my face boil red hot with anger. I step off of the elevator and into the bull pen. Everyone staring at me.
"...boss?..." Tony says quietly. And that sets me off.
"Who the hell do you think you are? I let you break one of my rules. Every moment I wonder if I made the right decision. Well? Now I've come to my conclusion. Rule 12 is back. Effective immediately."
"...but Gibbs. We're all married." McGee sputters out. As soon as he does he regrets it as Gibbs' face grows into an angrier expression.
"You think I don't know that, McKnow-It-All?"
"No, Gibbs."
"I mean it. This is the end."
