"Hey, Ash!" Mom says as I walk in the front door.
"Hey... Something smells good." I smile as I walk into the kitchen.
"Your favorite. Pulled chicken."
"Where are Addy and Riley?"
"Where do you think?" she laughs. I roll my eyes and walk to the back door. I look outside and surely enough, there, laying on the trampoline is Dad, Addy, and Riley.
"Hey, Dad." I smile.
"I see you've found us." Dad smiles.
"You always took us out here when we were little... Of course I knew."
"They've grown to fast... I don't get to see them very much."
"I know... We miss you guys like crazy when we're back home."
"Did Mom tell you?"
"Tell me what?"
"Jimmy called... He's on his way here."
"HERE? He's coming here? How long ago did he call? Why did she tell him I was here? Is he driving?"
"No... I flew out five hours ago..." Jimmy says behind me. I try to run away, but he grabs me.
"Uhhh... We will be inside if you need us." Dad says taking the twins in his arms.
"You ran away? Why?"
"Because I'm afraid." I say.
"Ashton. Afraid of what?"
"What would happen if you had a child with someone else... What if you loved that child more than ours. What if... You left us."
"I would NEVER leave you. I love you too much. You're the most incredible person I've ever laid eyes on, and I'm lucky to have you. I couldn't leave you."
"You really mean that?"
"Yes. I do... I really, truly do." He pulls me into a kiss.
"Im sorry I ran away."
"Don't be... I should be sorry." He says as I rest my chin on his shoulder.
