Hey sidneetians, welcome back to another chapter of Opposites. Thanks for all the love given to my first book. Please check out Hasdi Reya Kar. It is just adorable especially Abhinavi (for those who don't know, Abhishek Nigam is Sid's older brother in real life and Vaishnavi Rao is his rumored girlfriend . Special note at the end. Check it out too. Let's continue.

Precap:

Avu and Sid were in the kitchen and Sid made fun of Avu.

Ab aage:

Avu: You..

She notices a knife on the kitchen counter and decides to play with him. She points it towards him.

Sid: A..a...avu, we can discuss this rationally, why the knife?

Avu: Shut up! And don't change the topic. Why were you here at this time of night?

Sid: I..I

Avu: What is it? Speak clearly.

Sid: (How do I tell her I was thinking about her?) I was thinking about Reem.

Avu: Ohh. (she puts the knife down and holds Sid's hands) Don't worry, if any trouble comes to her, we will face it together.

Sid: Thank you.

Just then, the lights begin to flicker and Avu hugged Sid, scared. He was surprised at first but composed himself and hugged her back.

(A/N: I miss alasmine so much. Whenever I see these pics and gifs, all I remember is Sidneet. I love them)

Sid: Avu, stop strangling me. I might die.

Avu breaks the hug and smacks him on his shoulder

Avu: Shut up, idiot. (she starts walking but he holds her hand and she turns back)

Sid: Thanks so much Avu, for supporting me even when Reem was kidnapped. Many people would not have done that for anyone.

Avu: No worries Sid. I will always be with you.

Sid: Yeah, it's quite late. We should head to bed.

Avu: Ok, bye.

She starts walking but slips on the ice-cream that dropped on the kitchen tiles and pulls Sid on top of her as she falls. They both end up tangled and within a few seconds, break their eye lock and get up, straightening themselves.

Sid: Avu, you shouldn't eat ice-cream in the night. You might catch a cold.

Avu: Or trip over people.

They start laughing at this and leave for their individual rooms. In the morning, Jai wakes up the earliest and goes to Avu's room and finds her asleep.

Jai: Avu, wake up.

Avu: (still with eyes closed) No, Jai. Let me sleep.

Jai gets an idea.
