Precap: Vaishu faints after hearing about her dad

Vaishu's POV

"I am sorry. He won't live for long. He has two months left."

These words made me feel numb. I suddenly went deaf. That's when I lost my balance and fell. I just couldn't take it anymore.

I knew that Dad had cancer, but I never thought it would come to this. To imagine my life without him is worse than having no life itself

I felt my surroundings blur around me as my eyes closed revealing darkness all over. And then, I saw nothing.

I slowly opened my eyes as I felt someone holding my arm. My vision was still a bit blurry, but I could make out the person perfectly.

Vaishu: Hey (with a forced smile)

Abhi: Vaishu! (genuinely smiling). You're awake.

He hugs her tightly as if he's going to lose her. She hugs him back with the same warmth and feelings. They both feel extremely sad.

Abhi: You had my heart scared.

Vaishu: (chuckles) I am not leaving you alone anytime soon.

Abhi: (breaks the hug) And, don't think of leaving me.

Just then, the door barges open revealing four people walk in

Sid: Hey di, are you okay?

Vaishu: Yh, better (forced smile)

Reem sees that she isn't happy and tries to cheer her up.

Reem: Di, I know it's hard. But you have to stay strong for your dad.

Jai: Yh, di. He wasn't happy when he heard you fainted. He was more worried about you than himself.

Vaishu: W..w..what? I want to see him.

Avu: But di...

Vaishu: Now! Please 😫

Abhi: Okay, Don't worry. I'll take you there right away.

Doctor: If you want to go to see him, only two people are allowed. He's a bit week.

Vaishu: I want Abhi to go with me.

Doctor: Okay. Just change and we'll see him immediately.

Vaishu: Ok.

*In Vaishu's dad's room*

Vaishu: Dad?

Vaishu's dad: Vaishu? You had me scared when you fainted. I was worried sick.

Just then, she bursts into tears

Vaishu: I don't want to live without you. You're everything I have.😭

She hugs him really tightly and surprisingly, he doesn't shed a tear.

Abhi: How are you feeling now?

Vaishu's dad: Much better, son.

Abhi: Good to hear it.

* Meanwhile with the others *

Sid: What do you think is going on inside?

Reem: Father-daughter meetings are always emotional.

Avu: (nodding) I never got to experience that, though.

She tears up and leaves the place excusing herself. Sid goes up to go after her but Jai stops him.
