"As I was saying. Due to your insane power. You will only be able to fight with hand to hand combat. And you may only wield one weapon at a time." Gloxinia stated as Salem began to laugh, confusing the fairy and everyone in attendance. "That's it?! HAHAHAHA!!!! Very well, Gloxinia. I'll play by your rules... For now." Salem then moved his right hand in a diagonal motion. He then stopped and dripped the air as a sword magically manifested itself out of thin air. The sword was black and gold, as it looked like it was made out of obsidian. "Now then... shall we begin with the festivities." Once he said that their opponents, who were two assassin brothers dressed like white and purple jesters charged at them, only to be knocked back by Elaine's wind magic. Then Elaine and Elizabeth began to compliment each other. "Well, I've always wanted to know what Sir Ban's dearest friend was like. And you're a wonderful person, like I'd imagined!" Elizabeth exclaimed "You mean Mr. "Who-knows-what-he's-thinking"... that Sir Ban?" Elaine said jokingly. "I-I'm sorry!" Elizabeth apologized as Salem chuckled walking up to them "She's not wrong." Salem stated as he stood next to Elaine.

"It's mutual, right?" Elaine asked. "It's the same for Mr. "Who-knows-what-he's-thinking,"... Sir Meliodas!" Elaine said as she and Salem winked at her. "Why did you all come to Vaizel? Did you get dragged into that maze, too?" Elaine asked curiously. "No. We came here with a great purpose in mind. We came to stop the Ten Commandments, released from their seal, from progressing." The princess stated as she looked over to Drole and Gloxinia. "And also, because Sir Meliodas said... that it sounded like fun!" She stated as Elaine and Salem dropped to the floor in surprise. "Y-You know, Ban would probably say the same thing!" Salem mentioned as the two stood back up. "Those two are best friends, after al!" Elizabeth said with a kind smile. But their moment was interrupted as the assassin brothers threw smoke bombs at them. In the midst of all the smoke, one of them tried to attack Elizabeth a whip that had a snake's head at the end, but it was cut off buy Salem's sword. The other tried to attack Elaine from behind but his dragger was interrupted by Salem's sword. "Now Elaine!" Salem exclaimed as Elaine attacked from above "Imperial Wrath of the Golden Wind!" Elaine sent a large wind blast, which sent the assassin crashing down on to the ground, as Salem dodged, and the smoke was blown away. The two began to look for Elizabeth but soon saw her walking up to the two brothers, as one was kneeling over the one that Elaine defeated. Elizabeth then held the eldest brother as a green light began to emanate from her hand. "Her powers are returning. Lets hope that's all that have returned... for her sake." Salem thought as he witnessed her newly found healing powers. When asked why by Elaine, she explained that the kingdom of Malachia, the brother's kingdom, was an ally of Liones, but was betrayed and destroyed by the former grandmasters a year before her departure to find the Sins.

But as the brother were about to thank her, the ground beneath them opened up and the brothers fell. "I must ask such disgraceful losers to exit immediately." Gloxinia exclaimed but just before the whole could close they heard a snap sound. "Don't worry Elizabeth. They're safe and sound. Outside of the maze." The girls turned to look at Salem as he gave them a gentle smile. The princess then pulled him into a grateful hug. Salem's ears and tail stood rigid for a second as he processed what was happening. But soon he relaxed and returned the hug. He then gave the boys a thumbs up. Letting them know they were fine. "At any rate, I guess we can breathe easy now." Ban stated letting out a breathe of relief. "All right, shall we get started, too?" The shorter blonde stated.

"Ban, we shouldn't underestimate those two blue things' speed, after all. Be careful!" Meliodas stated as the two bird-like blue demons dashed towards, surprising the two, as they flew past them and up into the air. "What's this? Isn't flying against the rules?" "It's going to be a pain to capture them." The two complained as the two demons began to flight around at high speeds circling the two. "Yeah, especially when all you want to do is run over and give the princess a hug!" Ban said mockingly to his best friend. "Isn't it the same for you? Don't you just want to go make out with Salem?" Meliodas retorted which caused Ban to laugh. "Don't think I'm the same as you!" Ban said flicking the two large tuffs of blonde hair at the top of Meliodas' head. "What's this, Ban? I see you're more of a child than I thought!" "Who are you calling a child?" Ban questioned as the smaller one of the blue demons swooped in and cut off Ban's hand but he remained unfazed. "Huh? Hey, what happened to your hand?" "Don't change the subject! I don't get my thrills grabbing butts like you." Ban stated as he pointed Meliodas with his newly regenerated hand. "Don't be stupid! I'm not a kid who can be satisfied by touching a girl's butt. I also fondle boobs a lot." Meliodas stated a matter a factly as the same demon swooped in again but instead of trying to take meliodas' head, it's own hand was cut off as it clung on to the Dragon Sin's head. "Captain, what's that you're wearing on your head?" "Now who's changing the subject?" Meliodas questioned as he swatted away the claw from his head, while the demon screamed in pain.
