'The light in our relation went out and we became empty inside and eventually had to let each other go'. - Dreaming of love's fate

This is the line that he heard when he realized it all over

There are so many things that you do wrong that you begin to lose count. You wanted to be everything for someone but you end up becoming the one pushing poison through their throat.

Shane sat there on the terrace edge of his new place, in the new city months later from the last time he met her. They hadn't seen each other more than twice. He remembered how in one meeting they watched a movie together where she watched the movie and how he kept staring at her. At that meeting, he had bought her a goodbye present (Something to remind_Staind). It was an old pocket watch that he thought he would stop the time when he would kiss her if she would let him and promise her to meet her again someday, restart time from that very moment and it would be like nothing ever changed in their relation. That didn't happen.

The only good thing that happened was when they sat outside the art gallery where she agreed to go with her one last time. They clicked photographs together and he wanted to recreate the moment from his sketch where she would have her head on his shoulder. She forced herself more than he did, without realizing, to do it.

He loved that photograph (Photograph_Ed Sheeran) so much until he realized she didn't want it. The first time he was too slow to notice that it was the only photograph of hers to ever exist on the face of this world where she had her mouth shut, this was not the way he had ever seen her smile.

That day they sat in a burger joint, eating a chilly cheeseburger and he loved being in the line getting it for her as she sat peacefully. They sat staring at each other and it reminded her of the song (Wildfire_seafret).

She had come that day just to be with him as a friend she was meant to be. They did all the things two fools drunk in friendship would do. But, only if the feelings hadn't bled in that friendship then that friendship would have stayed.

He even remembered, as he smoked and drank on the terrace of his new place where he was allowed to stay with none other than his old friend - Aviance Austin, the last time he saw her. The circle of life and the story was complete at the same staircase they met.

He had lost his family a previous night, heard things that rot him, his hands bled as he broke the window glass and the next day ran to her as she could save him. He found out about his mother's secret which she hid from herself. He never let his mother complete her story.

How funny it is that we chase love in strangers and abandon the ones that are already ours.

Standing at the staircase he begged her to stay (Stay_Hurts) but she left.

She walked away. (Walk away_The script)

When he found out that she cried that day, he regretted his decision, detested his emotional weakness to go meet her. He thought she was the only one who deserved and he needed to know the biggest secret of his life that changed how he saw his family that made him fall down into the pit of sleeping pill abuse where he kept having five or six just to sleep. (Room to breathe_You me at Six).

He remembered every incident of their story but he couldn't finish writing it. He didn't write anymore. He gave up writing the moment she wasn't there to read what was for, because of and about her. He remembered her last letter and how it was incomplete.

Words were unsaid without 'Sincerely, the girl who'.

It started raining and all he could do was just write one last time about what he felt.

Hearts are weeping

Its raining

the birds singing

Am in the rain swinging

On the sound of silence am now dancing

Am here again my thoughts, am imagining

in the clouds I see lightening

Our worlds falling

Relationship thundering

No talking

Its distancing

Without us knowing

But when were we even trying

Our plans that we were making

Long gone they began crashing

Look out your window the lights are beaming

Is it the silence or the cry of rain, both is deafening

I begin walking

At the terrace am standing

I throw my bottle down I see it breaking

I will jump off now before you began realizing

That since so long what was I saying

Even now you not listening

Oh you already busy talking

Fine now I am jumping

And in seconds in the winds, I will start swaying

He stood there on this edge with his empty bottle of whiskey and cigarettes in his hand, yeah that is all that he had.
