I know, the ending is not how you expected it. Me neither.
Overthinking must be blamed as it talked me out of writing it. Afraid of what someone might feel. Sometimes, all stories can't be written down.
I started uploading this book ten days back and I have barely slept a night. 27.02.2021 was the date I wanted to finish it and come on, there can be something I don't leave unfinished.
There might be questions am sure which you can always ask and I will answer.
I have to admit this books ending was played differently in my head. The chapters mentioned in chapter 48 - Unknown_Jacob Banks, yes chapters as all those songs deserved a chapter, are definitely worth listening to, and most importantly Wildfire by Seafret which am also adding here for you all to enjoy. Watch the video it's so beautiful that I actually feel not writing that chapter down.
The epilogue is all about the continuation of this story, the second part of the series because it's not an ending if it is not happy but make no mistake the second part will not be about anything that is left unsaid and based on the response I get from people for this book, I will start with it soon.
Last but not least, everyone reading this. I want you to find comfort in words and remember the relation lost. Understand that you don't need to pretend to be comfortable losing an old friend or a lover because then it would mean he or she wasn't someone who meant. But, having said that you will have to let go. Take your time.
But, if you are someone who is in a place where it hasn't ended then sit together and talk. Don't try to convince each other. Give the other person a second chance or at least a second chance that your relation deserves.
If it's done, then why not give a second chance to yourself? It will hurt and it will change you but you would be fine. It will happen slowly, eventually, gradually yet suddenly.
P.S. I cannot forget to mention that it was a great feeling to have the first and the last chapter be named after the Script as I had desperately wanted to do. I remember last year when 'The last Time' was released I was so sure I am going to do it.
