"oh my god- lee jeno you fucking... IMP- why would you say that?" "fucking imp? that's creative." jaemin laughed tirelessly at the way the girl was shouting at jeno.
"JAEMIN SHUT THE HELL UP- this is serious... jeno do you even know what racing is? you can't just say things like this-" "it's just running, isn't it?"
both jaemin and heloise simultaneously deadpanned. did he just?- "dude- you really don't understand at all, do you?" the hacker looked up from the packet of crisp he was munching on.

lollipops were getting more and more scarce these days, probably because heloise's average daily intake of them was about thirty-five. but that wasn't the point.
a lollipop could almost always solve any problem. she didn't have a particular favourite flavour, any would do. but if there were any apple flavoured ones, she wouldn't hesitate to eat all of them.
sometimes she would get them from the vending machine, but it had been out of stock for a while. "i wonder how that happened." she would laugh anytime she walked past it.
but since all the lollipops from the vending machine were gone, she would have to go and ask around.
"hendery~ do you-" "no, heloise, i don't have anything for you." "could you not just check?-" "nope, i have a lot of errands to get to you see. im a very busy man, don't be fooled by the fact that i'm always here."
she scoffed and sniffed a little, begging one more time before giving up. he wouldn't have given her anything even if he wasn't busy.
once upon a time, they were friends. everyone was. but friendships and competitions and criminals don't all go hand in hand.
long story short, hendery worked as a supplier for jaehyun's teams. the opposition. they had given him a better deal than any other team, of course he would chose them.
speaking of jaehyun, heloise sighed. she was still stressed about the fact that jeno had challenged jaehyun to a race. jaehyun's team were amazing.
they were the first team to beat her "team" after a year and a half of consecutive wins. they were fast runners; they worked well together, almost like clockwork; they trained for almost seventy years between the five of them; and most of all, they were an all girl group.
of course, heloise's "group" was still the first all girl group to ever win. but it seemed unfair that her group as a whole would never win again, yet there she was. she had the opportunity to help their legacy or whatever, but she couldn't because of a stupid injury.
"yo, heloise?" the girl knew the voice well. the voice was the leader of jaehyun's group.
"no, yeong, unless you have any lollipops for me, then i don't want to speak to you."
