he hoped that she would be alright, but he couldn't wait around. after she nodded for him to go, he turned down a corridor and spotted the dark green cap again.
he accelerated down the corridor after the figure, only now wondering why they were running.
he thanked his lucky stars that he was quick and was able to catch the arm of the person. just before they slipped out of his grip, he tackled the legs out from underneath the other person causing them to fall over. and him to land on top of them. but he was careful not to hurt either of them.
"who are you?" donghyuck panted out, "and don't you dare say that's not the question."
"you're quick." the other commented on donghyuck's running skills, eyes scanning over his face.
"not really... now who are you? stop avoiding the damn question." donghyuck removed the other's cap, hoping he would recognise him if he could see more of his face. but no. he hadn't seen the boy anywhere, like actually nowhere.
"why do you need to know?" "you murdered a social influencer in broad daylight, and now you're telling us that one of our best candidates is a spy. without us even saying anything about running." "more of a reason not to tell you, the way i see it."
the two kept eye contact for a while, donghyuck's eyes scornful whilst the other's were brimming with smug arrogance.
"now would you kindly get off of me?" the person nodded towards donghyuck's hands at either side of his head. "tell me who you are, then i'll move." "just using that as an excuse, aren't you?"
donghyuck shrugged lazily with one shoulder, looking back to the other person's eyes.
"we've been here for a while now, just tell me you're fucking name and let's go our separate ways." "would you really let that happen though?"
he gasped as the mystery person flipping them over, so that it was donghyuck's back against the floor.
"shit, do you even know who i am?" donghyuck asked with annoyance soaking his tone. the person leaned in, his lips close to donghyuck's ear.
"i don't but we can change that if you want."
