"mark-hyung, i know you said we shouldn't check it, but i can't help but be a little nosy. i'm curious, are the rumours really that bad?"
"yeah, you said we shouldn't but it's all over twitter and instagram, like google is practically begging us to look."
the two youngest pleaded with their leader to let them check the articles on their member. they didn't mean any harm by it of course, they simply wanted to know what their best friend was up against.

"please mark come oonnn~ just one."
chenle held up a finger to indicate just the one article he wanted to read. jisung did the same two, pushing his finger into mark's face.

"okay okay, whatever. but read it here so that jeno won't hear you guys."
the two boys took a seat on the sofa behind mark and jisung opened his phone, the first article when he clicked on google being one about jeno.

"it's koreaboo article though, it's probably gonna be soooo overexaggerated."
the youngest nodded in agreement with chenle.

chenle began reading,
"We've always wondered what things idols kept hidden in their phones. Cute selcas or pictures of their members maybe. But who would've guessed that such an innocent looking idol would have such a disturbing secret.

NCT's Dream Lee Jeno, known for his puppy looks, beautiful eye smile and rapping skills that are out of this world, is under fire for supposedly taking profane pictures of underage girls.

After going out with his fellow members, it was reported that he left his phone at the cafe by mistake. One week later, there was still no sign of his missing mobile. Until one day a local police station reported that they had his phone.

A fan had brought it in, having suspected it was his but being unsure. The police then had to get into it to obviously find out that it was his. Upon opening the phone, they looked for something that would identify the owner.

What they found instead was extremely worrying, pornographic pictures. There were about 13 photos in total, of 3 different girls, two of which have been identified and have confirmed that they are underage.

These pictures are said to have originated from the camera, meaning Lee Jeno took them by himself. He wasn't sent the pictures and it isn't possible that someone took them on his phone as these are before the specific date he said they went missing-"

"don't read that anymore please."
without anyone noticing, jeno had entered the room. he might've been standing there for a while, maybe not since he probably would've told them to stop sooner.

"oh... jeno, sorry, we didn't mean to upset you or anything. we were just curious."
"did i not tell you guys to be quiet-" mark began.

"it's cool, don't worry... i knew you guys were gonna start believing the rumours sooner or later."
