jeno was very aware that she was bad with rooms, hence why he sent her to go look for his sister who was in her room.

which heloise was very upset with, as she wasn't even sure were she was supposed to go to begin with.

she wandered along a corridor, which looked blue without the presence of light.

"youngbyul~" a voice called out to her which she recognised as mrs lee.
"hi, mrs lee, how are you?"

"im fine, thank you for asking. and you?"
heloise turned around to see mrs lee dusting the walls, hands covered in bright yellow gloves.

"yeah, im good. please could you point me in the direction of yuo's room? jeno sent me to get something but didn't tell me where to go."

his mum laughed loudly, used to his antics.
"yuo's room is just down there but you might have to go the other way around since i need to mop."

"ah, is the other way much longer? i don't want to end up forgetting what jeno said i needed to get."
"i'm sorry, the other way is considerably longer."
"could i help you mop?"

mrs lee looked up at her from her mopping bucket, a little taken aback. "yuo and jeno never bother to ask about the cleaning. why can't you be my child instead?" 

heloise laughed loudly, and mrs lee joined her - before continuing to say, "well, i suppose you'll be my child soon enough anyhow." and she winked at heloise to finish off. 

"what? no?.. i don't think so, mrs lee, sorry to disappoint." 
"no way, i totally see it happening. and also dear, no need to call me mrs lee, just call me auntie or something. you're making me feel old." 
"oh, of course, m- auntie." 

it felt weird to not call her mrs lee anymore, as though she were disrespecting someone. 

and for a few minutes, that maybe might have become hours, they talked like that whilst mopping and cleaning and whatever else heloise could've been pulled into. but she didn't mind - it was fun.

"if i'm being totally honest, i'm starting to wonder why you can't be my mother."
"i told you already, i can be your mother. your mother-in-law."

it was a wholesome chpt, anyways goodmorning, i still can't rely decide if i should do a part two to this story, ngl im kinda leaning towards that at this point but still delegating
