(8) Tabitha

Monday morning Ellie drove her soon to be stepsister Tabitha to school with her. Colton was waiting by his truck with his group of friends. 

"Hey guys." She said 

"Tab do you know where you are going?" Ellie said 

"I do. They gave me a tour on Friday of where all my classes are. And my locker." Tabitha said 

"Okay. Come find me if you need anything." Ellie said 

"And come find us if you have any problems Tab." Colton said 

"Thanks guys." She said with a smile and walked on. 

"I've told my cousin Brooks to keep an eye out he's a freshmen too." Paisley said 

"Thanks P." Ellie said as they made their way in. 

That afternoon on their way home Tabitha told Ellie all about her first day at her new school. 

"Don't you have to pick up the baby?" Tabitha said 

"No he stays with his dad this week." She said 

"So the baby isn't Colt's?" Tabitha said 

"No..me and Colt just started dating. Camden's dad is James and Winnie's son James Buchanan." She said 

"Oh..I seen him today." Tabitha said 

"Was he attached to another girl's lips." Ellie blurted out. 

"Actually no..he was in the library with his headphones in doing homework." Tabitha said 

"Oh..well maybe you caught him at the right time." Ellie said as they pulled into their subdivision. 

"What happened with you two?" Tabitha said 

"He's a player Tab. He's your typical a hole jock who likes to screw around and cheat on girls. He claims to love them then he dumps them when he's tired of them." Ellie said 

"He cheated on you." Tabitha said 

"Yes and I caught him red handed but that's okay. All I care about now is that he's a good dad to our son I could care less about our relationship." Ellie said as she turned into the driveway. 

Both girls went inside and went their separate ways. By the end of the week it was well known that Tabitha was related to Ellie or soon will be. It also didn't take her long to get a HOCO date.
