(12) Christmas/Birthday Drama

Two months later 

It was Christmas Eve everyone was at Ellie's house. Not only was it Christmas Eve but it was also Cam's and Ellie's birthday. Colton came over with birthday/Christmas gifts for both of them. When Bucky showed up Ellie was sitting in between Colton's legs with Cam in her lap. 

He was opening up his gift from Colton. He went into the kitchen where the parents were. 

"What the hell is he doing here?" He said 

"Watch your mouth." James Sr said as he came into the kitchen. 

"This is my house James and that is my daughter's boyfriend. You need to remember that you cheated." Ryan said 

Bucky walked out to where they were and picked up Cam. "Happy birthday little dude." He said as he walked away. 

"Excuse me we were in the middle of something." Ellie said 

"I don't care. He's my son he has no business being here." Bucky said 

Ellie got right up in his face. "This is my house..and it's not only our son's birthday it's My birthday too and Christmas." She said 

"Well maybe you two should of made plans for later. Cause right now it's about our son! Our son the baby that me and you made! Not you and him! I made this baby with you! And I fought you to stay here with me! And now you are trying to make family with him!" Bucky snapped 

"Because we aren't together! I'm allowed to move on! I'm allowed to fall in love with someone else! You broke what we had!" She said 

"James Buchanan! Now that is enough! We are celebrating as a family and she is allowed to have her boyfriend here! She didn't act like this when we had our Labor Day Cook out and you had Morgan there! Suck it up! Winnie said 

"I said I was sorry..and yet you won't forgive me. Ellie..please." He said 

"Give it up. Because I'm not going to ever forgive you." She said as she took Colton's hand and went into the kitchen. 

"Now James you can join us in celebrating." Winnie said 

Bucky stood in the door way as Cam walked over to Ryan. "Hey little man let's get you ready for cake." Ryan said as he put him in a high chair. 

James walked over to him. "Son you need to smile. It's your son's first birthday." James said 

"How can be happy dad? A year ago that was me..now a year later she's replaced me." He whispered as he looked down. 

"Son you made this mess. You lied to not only her but the rest of the family. You let us all down by going back to your old ways." He said 

Everyone began to sing happy birthday to Camden. Winnie forced Bucky to fake a smile and take pictures of him and Ellie on either side of Cam. 

After awhile Bucky went upstairs he heard Ellie and Colton talking. 

"Oh Colton these are beautiful. And they are in my favorite color!." She said as she kissed him. 

"Here's one more thing." He said as he handed her a envelope. 

She opened the envelope and gasped "Colton.." she whispered 

Inside the envelope was two tickets to see the NY Ballet Company perform. It was also during Spring Break so they wouldn't have to miss school. 

"You are amazing Colton Kane" she said as she kissed him. 

"You are amazing too. Thank you for my new guitar strap and writing journal now I can write more songs about the most amazing girl in my life." He said as he kissed her. 

Bucky looked down and decided to go on home. He told everyone bye and left.
