Two weeks later 

Ellie was checking the mail when she saw a letter from State of GA child support office and another from a lawyer.

She opened the letter from the lawyer first cause it was Colton's divorce lawyer.

"We regret to inform that Mr Colton Kane Baxter has terminated all his rights to the following dependents.

•Sydney V. Baxter 

•Cash J. Baxter 

Please contact us if you have any questions." 

Ellie was in shock she couldn't believe that Colton the boy who was the biggest sweetheart and couldn't wait to build a family with her just cut all ties to the one they had. She opened up the child support letter and read that she had received her last payment that he was no longer paying.

Bucky came home and seen her upset. "Baby what's wrong?" He said 

She couldn't speak. "Elle.." he said as he came over to her to read what was in front of her. 

He read the letters. "Elle baby it's okay..I'll adopt them and they can have my last name." He said as he cupped her cheek. 

"And what if they ask why they have red hair and the others don't." She said as he used his thumb to wipe a tear.

"Then we will say a great great great grandmother of mine had red hair and it was a fluke accident. He chose this Elle he did this. This has nothing to do with you. He's just realizing that he fucked up." He said 

"My water broke..about twenty minutes ago." She said 

He started laughing. "Let's get you to the hospital then." He said as she started laughing.

He told Cam to stay with the little ones. Ellie and Bucky went to the hospital after being their four hours.

Ellie gave birth to Julissa and Easton Barnes. Their final two members of their family. Ellie had her tubes tied and Bucky got a vasectomy. 

Two months later Sydney and Cash were officially Barnes. Ellie went in and had Cash's name changed from Cash Jacob to Cash Jacob-James. She didn't have the heart to change Sydney's middle name.
