(22) Sh*t Hits The Fan

That Friday Ellie and Colton made their way down to the North/South Carolina state lines. They waited in the McDonald's parking lot. James got out of the car as she did. He got Cam out of the car.

"Mama mama." Camden said as he walked over to her. 

She hugged him so tight as tears fell. "Mama has missed you so much baby." She said as she wiped tears. 

Winnie could see how much this affected and hurt Ellie. It broke her heart to see Ellie cry like that. Ellie put him in her car. 

"Hey little buddy it's been awhile." Colton said as he looked back in the backseat. 

"Colt Colt." Camden said 

"Elle..he may fall asleep. He hasn't had a nap yet." James said 

"Okay that's fine. And thank you both for bringing him to me." She said 

"Welcome." He said as he got in his car. 

Ellie got in her car Colton put the car in reverse as they headed back towards TN. As their car began to disappear. James looked over at his wife to see tears. 

"Oh darlin.." he said 

"This isn't how it was suppose to be James. I've lost my best friend to cancer now we have lost Ryan because of our son. When we were laying on the beach that day all those years ago we talked about how we wanted to be together forever we didn't want to be highschool friends. Now look at where we are 20 years later. Having babies again and our oldest just screwed everything up for us." She said 

"Speaking of having babies again. You need to calm down you are pregnant too. And I know this hurts doll and he knows what he's doing is wrong he just doesn't care at this point. I don't  know what is going on with him. It's like he fought so hard to convince her to stay when she told him she was pregnant and he goes and screws it all up." James said 

"Yeah.." she said 

When they returned to Savannah, Joe and Sarah Rogers was waiting in the driveway. 

"Well this is a nice surprise." James said as he got out of the car.

"Sarah said she could sense Winnie was upset." Joe said as their wives went inside. 

Winnie and Sarah sat down with their 5 month baby bumps. 

"How was it? And how was she?" Sarah said 

"Oh Sarah this isn't how it was suppose to be. I hate this I hate that he's done this to our family." Winnie said as she began to cry. 

Sarah hugged her. 

"Maybe Steve can talk some sense into him." Joe said as he and James came in. 

A few hours later Steve came in. "You all wanted to see me.." he said 

"Yes sit.." Sarah said 

They began to tell him about the custody battle and the new custody agreement put in place. Steve was shocked to learn that Bucky caused so much damage. When he returned to Athens where they were all getting ready for their freshmen year at UGA. 

He looked at Bucky. "What?" He said 

"How could you be so cold?" Steve said 

Bucky looked at him confused. "After everything Taylor put her through you go use her mental health against her! And take Camden away from her." Steve said 

"Oh..look I gave her weekends. She still gets to see him." He said 

"That's not that the point Buck." Natasha said 

"You are being shady as fuck dude. She is happy and in love why can't you just accept that. Do you like getting punched by Colton?" Clint said 

"You all are suppose to be my friends! And right now in this moment I feel like you all are on her side." He said 

"Cause we are. What you did was wrong." Wanda said as she and the girls walked out. 

"If this wasn't our place too I would leave too." Sam said 

Bucky shook his head as he went upstairs to his room. The boys were renting a house Bucky had the biggest room because of Cam.
