Six years later
"Mmm Colt..Colt.." Ellie said as she started to wake up.
"Mmm yeah baby." He said as he rolled over.
"I think it's time." She whispered
"You sure.." he said as he placed his hand on her bump.
He got up and got dressed he helped her up. As soon as she stood up her water broke all over the floor.
"It's time." Colton said as he looked at her.
She smiled at him and shook her head yes. "Our baby girl is coming." He said as she breathed through a contraction.
They got to the hospital they admitted her to Labor and Delivery. Colton made the phone calls to the family. Since they were still living in Atlanta they all made the four drive to be there. Everyone came in and checked in with them. By the time they arrived Ellie was at 7 cm.
When Bucky woke up that morning in a on call room since he was in the middle of residency. He saw the photos and the posts that said Ellie was in labor. He sighed as he ran his hands over his face and swallowed back the lump in his throat.
"Coffee and a surgery. That's what I need right now." He said as he sat up.
By 10 AM on December 20th Ellie gave birth to a tiny red headed baby girl. They named her "Sydney Vivian." Colton was over the moon in love with his baby girl. Ellie posted her favorite picture someone took. She was holding Sydney as she was kissing Colton.
She made the caption "Loved Beyond Measure. So thankful for this man who helped me get through this painful but well worth it process. Welcome to the world Sydney Vivian Baxter."
That night since he had the night off Cam could come home. "Your sister is born." Bucky said
"I know. Grandma told me and showed me pictures." Camden said
Bucky opened up a beer and threw the lid in the sink. Lyla Bucky's live in girlfriend came through the door. "Hey boys.." she said
Bucky tucked all his emotions away and plastered a fake smile on his face. She kissed him "good to see you home. I missed you." She said
"Yeah missed you too. Hey Cam find the game?" He said as he walked away.
