And also, bare in mind that the reader has kind of a distorted vision of Vader who is in fact a Sith Lord..... a murderer. So I think you get my point...or maybe not.

In the middle of a dusty comms room, you and Orion were discussing about a mission you wanted to go to.

The rebel alliance had been through a rough patch after being defeated by the empire multiple times and you were hiding on a remote planet on the outer rim along with the few survivors of the recent battles.

Orion was your best friend. You had joined the alliance with him. You knew each other since before the empire, when the galaxy was still at peace.

"I'm telling you, Y/N...you won't ever be able to do this on your own. I have to come with you" Orion told you as you rolled your eyes and leaned back on your chair. "It's too risky"

"I can do this! We can't afford losing any more people. If I go by myself, I will get in the Death Star. I promise you I will. It's a big place. Many people don't even know each other around there. If I go alone, nobody will notice" You snapped.

"Don't go. Nobody else will because we don't need to go there" Orion hissed.

"Yes, we do! That base holds everything we need to destroy it. I will gather the information and you won't stop me. Leave me alone!" You thundered and left the room, not without slamming the door behind you.

Taking a deep breath, you closed your eyes. You knew why you were going and gladly, nobody else did.

Him.

Darth Vader.

Two months before this day, you had met him in person.

You were undercover aboard a star destroyer. You had gone by yourself, as you usually did because nobody wanted to risk themselves like you did.

You were running down the corridors, attempting to find the keycard which was holding some of your friends in a cell.

Unlucky for you, you bumped into him.

When you looked up at him, it felt as if the world had stopped. Every person in the galaxy was no longer alive. Your heart ceased it's beating and your lungs put an end to breathing. All of that in just one second. It was only you and the pair of golden eyes.

"Looking for this?" He asked as he held up the keycard with his gloved hand.
