Alex rider - what happened?

"Where's Sempai?" A girl whined. "I'll go look for him." Yassen said as he stood up and left the room.
Yassen tried to ring Alex's phone but he isn't answering. Yassen mentally scolds Alex for having his phone on silent. But how can you blame him. A spy can never have their phone not on silent. It's a precaution.
Yassen was scanning the rooftop when he spotted something. A small bundle laid on the ground. Alex. Yassen rushed to Alex's side, looking for any injuries. None. Good. Yassen cradled Alex in his arms as he tried to wake Alex up. His eyes fluttered open. "Yassen."
"What happened?" Alex just flashed him a weak smile as he sat up. "It's nothing Yassen."
"Its not nothing if you can just collapse like this." He hasn't been eating lately. He must have collapsed from hunger... "Tell me what's wrong Alex. I'm your guardian. I would want to help you. I can't standing seeing you like this." Yassen said as Alex regarded him warily. Actually, he kinda look more tired and more pale than before. "I'm... Anorexic, Yassen." Alex whispered. "Why didn't you tell me?"
"I'm sorry, Yassen. I'm sorry." Alex whispered. Nobody realises that he is not well and nobody ask so he doesn't have to talk about it until now. "It's okay. I understand. Let's go get you something to eat. I'll tell the instructor that you're feeling unwell and get your stuff on the way." Alex nodded as he stood up with Yassen's help. Yassen brought him to the karate studio before going to the car. Yassen drove to a place where they can get food. Thats when things got pretty awkward...
